Magnolia Park Apartments, milledgeville-ga

Magnolia Park has been the perfect place for me to live the past 3 years while in college. I really love that the rent stays the same each month with no hidden fees and there’s no cap on your utilities! I met the best roommates here and the community is so peaceful, but also has plenty of fun events! The rooms are the perfect size and the whole apartment is fully furnished so I only had to bring kitchen stuff and a couple personal furniture pieces that I wanted to personalize with!

I truly love Mag! I have lived here for 3 years while in school and it has been nothing but amazing! The staff is so kind and really has your best interest at heart, they really care for us. This place holds such a special place in my heart as being my first home away from home.

I love living here. Maintenance works very fast to get things fixed, the staff is so helpful, i don’t have to pay utilities, and the amenities are so nice! I will be renewing every year until I graduate and I highly recommend signing a lease here!

I have lived here the past two years and i love it! there is no up charge for utilities as it is all included in one flat rate which is awesome. I also got a chance to work as a CA and work with other people living here and it is such a great group!

This is my second year living in Magnolia and I absolutely love it. All of our utilities are included in our rent price which is super nice. I've had a great experience with the staff and community.
