The communication with campus edge has been great. Ms Kerry has made the transition from being a freshman to a sophomore so easy, answering all questions I have had leaving me with no worry. She has made the process so smooth ensuring I have no problem for next semester when I move in campus edge.

No choice to pick which apartment you want. Apartment selection is based on a lottery and you could be put on a random floor. There's a loud humming from the transformer directly next to my bedroom. Causes headaches and lack of sleep. Also, they'll charge you up to $1000 for damaged furniture that came included with the apartment! Sign a lease only if you want something last minute, please.

The people working here, especially Floyd and Carrie, are the absolute most amazing people ever! They went above and beyond with me on the phone helping with my rooming and helping me with my roommate group that I wanted to live with. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you, Floyd and Carrie!

I’ve lived here for a year, and during the renewal process, a few communication issues came up. I visited the leasing office, and Ms. Kerry resolved everything quickly and ensured everything is perfect for next year! I can’t thank Ms. Kerry enough for her help!
