Arcadia on the River, milledgeville-ga

Absolutely beautiful place to live,the staff and management team is absolutely amazing Lisa Marie is knowledgeable and very kind...the property is well maintained with Law enforcement living onsite safety is top tier here the office provides fun activities throughout the year to enjoy the pool is one of the cleanest public pools I've ever encountered shuttle service to and from campus is available as well as a night time downtown shuttle service on Thursday and Saturday night would definitely recommend Arcadia on the River for a peaceful,clean,safe place to call home.

I was taken on a tour of arcadia today by Jordan Campbell. I could not write enough good things about him. He was very personable and professional while also answering any and every question that I had (and I asked a lot). Definitely keep him on your team he makes a difference!

Erin is literally the best person ever!! I don’t think I could say enough good things about her! She’s been so helpful and supportive throughout my entire application process, and I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without her. She’s incredibly sweet, friendly, and has such a fun, positive personality that makes every interaction enjoyable! Erin goes above and beyond for people, and it shows. I’m so grateful for everything she’s done throughout this whole process! she’s just amazing! Definitely ask for her if you need any help with anything!!!

I just want to give a shout out to the staff in the Arcadia rental office (especially Erin!) I have been working with Erin and several other woman in the office while trying to help my daughter apply for an apartment. Erin and all the women I’ve talked to have been amazing! They are all so friendly, patient, and professional. I have been very impressed! Thank you!!

Espetacular place for your kids to live and go to college!! I have two of my own kids in college here in Milledgeville and ARCADIA is by far the most welcomed, clean, safe, uplifting, encouraging environment you will find anywhere from Athens to Macon and believe me I spent years trying to find a place that has balance between fun, learning, growing and at the same time been successful during your college years. This is the place!
