I lived here for 5 years as a student and truly had the best experience! I moved 3 times during my time here. First from a 4-bedroom to a 1-bedroom in Phase I, and then to a 1-bedroom in Phase II when it opened. Every move was so easy and stress-free because of their amazing and organized transfer process. The management team has always been friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring, which made living here as a student so much easier. The price for everything that’s included is also unbeatable, especially in Miami where rent and living costs can be crazy! Between the location, amenities, and overall value, I would absolutely recommend this property to any student looking for a great place to live!

I recently visited Vox Miami and came away with a very positive impression. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely willing to answer my questions. The space was clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere that made the experience enjoyable. What stood out most was the attention to detail and the effort to make customers feel valued rather than rushed. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I would feel confident recommending it to others looking for similar services in the area.

don’t move here the mail room is awful (phase 2), staff doesn’t even smile, no trash cans anywhere, gym is mid. our apartment had no drawers in the kitchen, barely any shelves in cabinets, the laundry machine broke. the building looks unfinished there’s spray paint on the ceilings inside every room, paint splatter on floor, etc. there’s better places for the same price that come w balconies lol

I recently took a tour with Rayna was really friendly and helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really liked all the amenities that Vox had to offer and it’s a beautiful property.

THEY WRITE FAKE REVIEWS TO DROWN OUT BAD ONES AND DELETE REVIEWS!! Do not live here! I was randomly assigned a roommate who's GROWN ADULT BOYFRIEND WAS LIVING WITH HER. IN STUDENT HOUSING!!! I'll start with the less obvious stuff: THEY DO NOT CARE WHO THEY MATCH YOU WITH FOR ROOMMATE MATCHING. I was first randomly assigned a girl who didn't own a trash can and threw trash on the floor, filled the entire sink with HER dirty dishes every day, and I had to buy a mini fridge for my room because she used the ENTIRE fridge. She would also leave the apartment unlocked and have guests spend the week on our couch with zero permission and the building "couldn't do anything about it". I finally "transferred" apartments on my own dime after repeatedly complaining to the office with no help. My next roommate in a 2/2 (where we equally split utilities according to building rules), my new roommate HAD HER BOYFRIEND LIVING WITH HER. IN STUDENT HOUSING!!! HE WAS A GROWN ADULT NOT A UMIAMI STUDENT. He had been living there for months prior to me moving in with no questions from the building?? I moved in and they would get in violent screaming arguments, and the building didn't care. I obviously moved out and warn everybody I know not to live here. The obvious: It is so overpriced for the cheap, tiny room you get with cheap appliances and unfinished ceilings (everyone pointed this out when they came over. I had writing above my bed from construction!!). The management is also the worst I've ever dealt with. Adriana is a horrible, horrible person who just hates her job and should definitely not be dealing with young students of all people. Expect to have several issues and the office never be open, and when they are, students are working it and can't help you, then finally you talk to the manager who will laugh in your face. Packages also do not get delivered on the weekend for some reason. And the pool never has enough chairs or even ground space. If you want the metro, live north of campus.
