The Cloisters Miami truly feels like a hidden gem for University of Miami students. From the moment you walk into the community, everything slows down. It’s peaceful, beautiful, and has a quiet, almost magical atmosphere. The greenery and the Coral Gables neighborhood make it feel like you’ve stepped into a completely different place, and I’ve built so many great connections there. What I love most is how spacious the apartments are and that they come fully furnished. The lighting is amazing, and there are beautiful views of greenery throughout the community. Nothing is overdone, yet every detail clearly matters. You can tell the property is well cared for, and it truly shows. The Cloisters isn’t just a student apartment complex, it’s an experience that leaves a lasting impression long after you leave.

I have to say... The Cloisters Miami feels like a hidden gem for students. I have been looking around at different apartments in the Coral Gables area and I wanted to stop by The Cloisters to possibly get the rundown of different amenities, layouts, and more. The office people were incredibly inviting and helpful. A young lady, Hailey, let me tour one of their apartments for viewing, provided me snacks, water, and answered a lot of my questions in detail. I haven't always had the best luck with landlords and/or apartment complex staff, but this experience was different. If you have questions, I would recommend you stop by and chat with them! I was pleasantly surprised.

Beautiful area to live in that focuses on elevated living. Pool and gym are very useful and well kept. Friendly staff that prioritizes tenants and their needs. The maintenance is also fast and hard working. Cortavious the general manager is wonderful and is able to answer all questions needed! 10/10

Everything one could be looking for as a student attending UM. Close to campus and safe! Night time security in the parking lot. Cortavious in the office is remarkable. His assistance went above and beyond. Living spaces are well maintained. And maintenance responds to issues in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend, as I was recommended and not let down.

This place looks like a resort. It has a beautiful landscape and brings a tropical environment. My floor to ceiling window is awesome. Hailey in the office was very kind and attentive on multiple occasions and Johnny has been great for all my maintenance needs.
