It’s been almost a year since I first walked into i5, and my experience this past year has been nothing short of amazing. It truly feels like a dream place—spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with incredible amenities that make every day special. The building itself is huge and offers everything I could ever want or wish for in my new home. But what truly makes it feel like home is the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. Big shoutout to the leasing office—great people! Living here has honestly felt like having my dream home in Miami. I couldn’t be happier with my time at i5 Wynwood, and I’m grateful for the wonderful people and the exceptional living experience they create. Highly recommended!

i enjoy living here the last few months - it's deff not as noisy here compared to other wynwood apts. they have free coffee downstairs for residents every morning. my roommates are cool and there are chances to meet a lot of ppl each week. the concierge and staff are friendly and held my package. couch is cute but kinda stiff but the bed is very comfy and my view is amazing!!!

I had a great experience touring the I5 building with Ernesto. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions, making the entire process feel straightforward and comfortable. His guidance made my decision to move much easier. I truly appreciate his help.

I toured i5 Wynwood with Ernesto, and honestly, he made the whole experience super easy. He showed us around the building, answered every question we threw at him, and didn’t rush us at all. Very chill, very professional. The place itself is really solid. The commons area has comfy seating, a microwave, an outdoor patio, and even a small movie room. The rooftop was the part that stood out the most, there’s a gym, work/office spaces, quiet phone booths, a pool, an ice plunge, gazebos, and a grill area. Everything looked clean and well taken care of. The unit he showed us was a 3 bed / 3 bath, with a shared kitchen and living space. Each room has its own key, which I liked, and Ernesto mentioned they’re all fully furnished but you can decorate how you want. Plus, washer and dryer inside is always a bonus. The building overall feels safe. The front doors and elevators are all key-access only, and the place looked really clean. For the price and the Wynwood location, it’s a pretty good deal, especially if you’re living with roommates. Overall, Ernesto was great. Easy to talk to, knew his stuff, and didn’t pressure us at all. If you’re checking out i5 Wynwood, I’d definitely recommend touring with him.

I had a great experience with i5. I did a virtual tour and was a bit hesitant because I couldn’t be there to see things for myself. Ernesto made the process really easy. He was super helpful/ detailed throughout the tour. All the questions I had were answered and I definitely feel comfortable moving forward.
