Lisa Garcia is an amazing manager. On first meeting her she was kind knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Her professional skills and pleasant personality is very assuring. Tyler Hansen is an excellent area leasing director. His efficiency and professionalism in working with me and treating with questions and my multiple calls made me feel confident in my choice of Palmview Cove.

The apartments are spacious and the area is convenient but the maintenance itself is not that good, it isn't 24/7, so if there's an emergency, you're by your own. The apartment isn't that clean when they're given, the AC may have dust or the fans and the kitchen that is provided isn't cleaned before you move. We opened several tickets for maintenance and they're not accommodating with people's work schedule so you may just lose your appointment and then have to deal with it. Also...the balconies or stairs to second floors might be dangerous or broken. 😕

I’ve been staying out here for almost 2 years now. The apartment complex is quiet and very nice especially the property Chanelle. She’s nice, respectful to her tenants and is very helpful and understanding, i wouldn’t want it any other way. Chanelle is very helpful, nice and understands her tenants especially when you’re having a problem she’s quick to assist and help. Thank you Sabal Palms but thank you Chanelle.

Tyler was amazing at showcasing these lovely apartments ! Absolutely no pressure and was very professional. I appreciate how easy it is to get in touch with him and how proactive he is about answering questions or fixing problems. Thank you Tyler!!!!

Do not move here. BLACK MOLD is spread within the apartments. With only paint to cover it up and pretend like it’s not there. Nothing works 80% of the time. Like the pool was shut down for about a year in different increments for the 2 years I was there. Management changed 3 times. They all sucked. Maintenance harassed you for keeping work shoes out by the door. And or anything on your porch they will take pictures of the inside of your house and outside. New management lady is a huge liar. And a theft. She walked into our apartment after hours while we were in active process of moving out. Saying she “left an abandonment on our door for weeks but we had been living there 2 days prior to her entering. Mind you. Cleaning as she entered our apt without notice. With ANOTHER TENANT ! Very poor behavior from staff and management. Do not move in unless you’d like to be sick for the remainder of your stay there from the black mold.
