Lisa Garcia is an amazing manager. On first meeting her she was kind knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Her professional skills and pleasant personality is very assuring. Tyler Hansen is an excellent area leasing director. His efficiency and professionalism in working with me and treating with questions and my multiple calls made me feel confident in my choice of Palmview Cove.

The apartments are spacious and the area is convenient but the maintenance itself is not that good, it isn't 24/7, so if there's an emergency, you're by your own. The apartment isn't that clean when they're given, the AC may have dust or the fans and the kitchen that is provided isn't cleaned before you move. We opened several tickets for maintenance and they're not accommodating with people's work schedule so you may just lose your appointment and then have to deal with it. Also...the balconies or stairs to second floors might be dangerous or broken. 😕

I’ve been staying out here for almost 2 years now. The apartment complex is quiet and very nice especially the property Chanelle. She’s nice, respectful to her tenants and is very helpful and understanding, i wouldn’t want it any other way. Chanelle is very helpful, nice and understands her tenants especially when you’re having a problem she’s quick to assist and help. Thank you Sabal Palms but thank you Chanelle.

I can’t say enough good things about the office staff here, especially Lisa. She is truly down to earth, understanding, and always willing to help no matter the situation. Lisa does an amazing job managing the property and makes residents feel heard and supported, which is rare to find. You can tell she genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to make things run smoothly. Tyler is also fantastic—very helpful, friendly, and outgoing every time you interact with him. He brings such a positive energy to the office and is always quick to assist. I also want to give a big shout-out to Antonio from maintenance. He consistently comes in a timely manner, is professional, and gets the job done right. Hands down, this is the best management team I’ve worked with. They truly make a difference in living here.

I have stayed with Apartment Complex for the past 2 years and it has been a fantastic experience. The area it is located around is great with easy access to multiple stores that are within walking distance, helping to save on gas. The complex itself is well kept, and the apartments themselves are well kept. Maintenance, when needed, is quick on their response of availability for fixes and the office staff have always been great to work with and will work with you as best as they can. If you are new to the area, this is a complex I’d definitely recommend. Great area and awesome staff. 👍
