I was a tenant of one of their properties from August 2024-May 2025. I moved into an apartment that was damaged, with a fist-sized hole in the wall, an unpainted door, and damages to the blinds. When I moved out, the process was initially simple as I had recorded the state of the apartment when I moved in. So, when I received a charge for the hole in the wall, I surprised. I reached out to deal with the claim, but campus realty never responded after emails after asking for my evidence. One could say they were willfully ignoring the evidence so they can pocket money from students and not fix up their properties. Also, its near impossible to communicate with them. If you are looking for a apartment in Atlanta and see this company attached to the property, avoid it like the plague. There is ignorance, but then there is willful ignorance.

Poorly ran and only know how to build new shiny properties to let them degrade and fall apart overtime. Very high cost with poor maintenance and service, avoid their properties!

It’s sad to see others have experienced the same thing at their Nacogdoches property. My guess is all their properties are run the same way. I would advise going elsewhere
