Your helpfulness, politeness, and respectful, upbeat attitude mean more to us than you know. The apartment representative was extremely helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. Her customer service was impeccable. She ensured we fully understood the process and expectation. Chantell performance was the best my family had experienced the entire weekend we spent visiting over 10 -15 rental properties or complexes. She was the reason we selected Copper for our choice.

Due to the fact that I stayed in this apartment complex for 3 1/2 years, I don’t even know where to begin. Don’t judge a book by its cover because this place is genuinely a dump. No one picks up after their trash, their pets, and so on. Not to mention majority of the apartment complex has a German roach infestation. My unit had it very very bad due to myself being matched with genuine slobs. I ended up having roaches living inside of my Xbox due to the poor conditions of this apartment. They also add in a bunch of unnecessary fees on top of your rent. By all means it is fairly expensive for the budget of a college student but that doesn’t mean to let them suffer financially. WiFi does also go out every 1-2 months which makes it a major inconvenience for students as well. The only good part about living here was the maintenance team. They were prompt whenever an issue did come up. Do yourself a favor and don’t let your child live here. They’re honestly better off living in the dorms.

Overall a good experience. Maintenance was relatively responsive. We did have a consistent issue with a leak, but it did get solved eventually. Issues are likely to appear, but the team is decent about getting them solved. Good customer service, decent rent, not too much to complain about for a student apartment community.

My thoughts on Copper Social as a student: Its honestly been constant problems since I moved here. Lots of requested maintenance (which they are good and quick at most of the time), lack of respect from the security team, and other issues that are deeper that I do not wish to talk about but they know what im talking about... Anyway, I overall don't recommend it as I found it really uncomfortable to live here and just felt like the apartments are neglected and need renovations. I will say, the office crew is pretty legit and my guy Jarod is the man and was always there to help me solve whatever issue. Don't recommend this place at all!
