To a great Employee. Shawn. Today was a day of true blessings for our family. Meeting you was such a breath of fresh air. Your helpfulness, politeness, and respectful, upbeat attitude mean more to us than you know. The world would be a far better place if more people shared your mindset and character—we could all learn a thing or two from your example! Thank you for simply being a great human being. Shawn. May the Lord richly bless you and your family.

The apartment representative was extremely helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. Her customer service was impeccable. She ensured we fully understood the process and expectation. Chantell performance was the best my family had experienced the entire weekend we spent visiting over 10 -15 rental properties or complexes. She was the reason we selected Copper for our choice.

Let this be a warning before signing a lease here. Our AC broke more than 10 times during the two years we lived here. This summer alone, it failed every day for two weeks because the HVAC condensation wasn’t draining properly. Why have an apartment complex if you can't afford proper HVAC plumbing. I literally found still water in a rusted emergency drain pan inside of our dirty HVAC closet. Maintenance repeatedly vacuumed water out of the drain pan, restarted the system, and left. Within 24 hours, it would fail again. Instead of fixing the underlying problem, they kept applying the same temporary solution. They also put temporary AC window units in multiple apartments in the complex assuming they also have central AC issues. If we're paying $900-$1000 a month I expect working central AC, not relying on a loud AC unit. We lived in Apartment 2224. If you’re assigned this unit, be aware that the first- and second-floor HVAC system repeatedly failed throughout the summer. They fixed the AC of course once we officially moved out. But you still hear water falling into the drain pain. Wouldn't be surprised if the next residence who live in this unit has a flood because of this AC issue. We also dealt with recurring cockroaches and an ant infestation despite cleaning regularly. The gates were constantly broken, I honestly think residents break it because of how slow the system is if you lost your gate key card. Theres trash and dog waste everywhere around the property. The entire complex smells constantly of weed. Parking was difficult unless you paid extra for a reserved spot. Walking from the parking deck to my apartment at night felt unsafe mind you there's no lights on the 3rd floor deck. There's also frequent police activity, loud cars and loud noises/people from surrounding student housing all hours of the night. Wi-fi is always going out and power. When we moved into our unit, our tv remote was gone, all of our beds had at least one bed leg that was about to collapse. The apartment itself was not cleaned upon move in. Management also charged us renter’s insurance for a completely different apartment in another state for months. They didn't know about this until my roommate's and I had to bring it to their attention that we were paying double for renters insurance. They told us to contact the other property ourselves for a refund, surprise we never got our money back. Weekend maintenance was unreliable as well. We were promised someone would fix our AC on a Saturday, but no one came. The leasing office is closed on Sunday's so if you have any emergency maintenance issues good luck getting a hold of anyone. On two separate occasions, we went from Friday through Monday without central AC this summer. The office relies heavily on an AI chatbot called Hunter, it's super unhelpful, and callbacks rarely happened. Overall, the amenities, maintenance, management, and condition of these apartments are nowhere near worth what they charge. Don’t be fooled by the tour—it shows you what the property looks like for a few minutes, not what it’s actually like to live here every day. If your only standard is having a roof over your head, this place might work for you. But if you expect functioning AC, responsive management, reliable maintenance, clean grounds, adequate parking, or basic peace of mind, look elsewhere. I genuinely regret signing a lease here. The apartment complex is extremely run down and it shows. It was a complete waste of money. Also they literally bribe people to renew their leases here because they know the apartment is awful. I recommend they bulldoze the entire place, rebuild and get new management.

Due to the fact that I stayed in this apartment complex for 3 1/2 years, I don’t even know where to begin. Don’t judge a book by its cover because this place is genuinely a dump. No one picks up after their trash, their pets, and so on. Not to mention majority of the apartment complex has a German roach infestation. My unit had it very very bad due to myself being matched with genuine slobs. I ended up having roaches living inside of my Xbox due to the poor conditions of this apartment. They also add in a bunch of unnecessary fees on top of your rent. By all means it is fairly expensive for the budget of a college student but that doesn’t mean to let them suffer financially. WiFi does also go out every 1-2 months which makes it a major inconvenience for students as well. The only good part about living here was the maintenance team. They were prompt whenever an issue did come up. Do yourself a favor and don’t let your child live here. They’re honestly better off living in the dorms.

Terrible place to stay I say go ahead and find a new place to stay. It’s dirty terrible housing barely any parking if you can’t find a parking spot gotta park 3 miles away from your apartment.
