The Quarters Mankato, mankato-mn

Loved my time living here! My unit was very spacious and we hardly ever had issues with anything. If we did, maintenance was quick and efficient. Amenities are great and staff are helpful. The events they have are awesome and it is evident that management cares about residents. Would recommend!

I love it here, but I do have a few complaints. The speed bumps are so aggressive I’m pretty sure my head hit the ceiling multiple times and my muffler decided to retire on the spot. And the WiFi? Don’t even bother unless your favorite hobby is watching loading circles and frozen screens for hours.

My daughter will absolutely not be renewing her lease. Once the sun goes down, this place turns into a chaotic mix between a rave and a crime scene. Loud music, constant disturbances, and fights. It’s completely out of control. It’s honestly dangerous, and the lack of security is appalling. I’ve lost count of how many sleepless nights and panicked phone calls we’ve had. The management? Completely indifferent. They either don’t care or aren’t capable of handling the mess they’re responsible for, and frankly, I’m not sure which is worse. Do better.

Absolutely AMAZING! I can’t say enough about the impressive communication, the follow up, the accommodations and mostly the happiness and comfort my daughter is experiencing with her move in. Sky, the property manager has been beyond a superstar. Her continued communication and help navigating the process of making sure My daughter and her roommate were set in a two bedroom apartment as soon as possible due to a very difficult situation. Our first meeting at the office was with one of the team members Emma not only was she extremely professional kind and had amazing customer service. She made sure we were taken care of and she followed through with a phone call with the information that we needed so the process could get Rolling as quickly as possible. It didn’t end there with multiple staff, being extremely connected texting and answering questions that arose prior to our move-in. When the time came after hours to get our keys, Hillary went above and beyond the call of duty and stayed after hours to make sure we were set for move-in as soon as possible that was so very much appreciated. I can’t say enough about our experience. It was Absolutely better than expected. I feel extremely confident as well as so comfortable after making the decision to move my daughter into The quarters. Looking forward to what she will be able to experience this year in school as well as getting to know people throughout the quarters community. Thank you Sky and team for all of your help and absolutely amazing customer service. So very much appreciated.

I did not end up renting here, full disclosure. This is shared apartments with a lot of college kids. That being said the staff is incredibly friendly and helped network me with other locations. The facilities are gorgeous (and the hot tub is year round, guys)!!!
