Loved my time living here! My unit was very spacious and we hardly ever had issues with anything. If we did, maintenance was quick and efficient. Amenities are great and staff are helpful. The events they have are awesome and it is evident that management cares about residents. Would recommend!

I love it here, but I do have a few complaints. The speed bumps are so aggressive I’m pretty sure my head hit the ceiling multiple times and my muffler decided to retire on the spot. And the WiFi? Don’t even bother unless your favorite hobby is watching loading circles and frozen screens for hours.

I wasn’t able to get my keys for my move in date because it was Labor Day but legally they are supposed to do so, however, if I cared enough I think they would’ve compensated for that day. Leasing manager is very nice same with other staff and maintenance!

I did not end up renting here, full disclosure. This is shared apartments with a lot of college kids. That being said the staff is incredibly friendly and helped network me with other locations. The facilities are gorgeous (and the hot tub is year round, guys)!!!

My daughters stayed at the Lofts@1633, The apartment was really nice and updated. Maintenance was quick to respond. They had an issue where lightening killed their air conditioner, causing a burning smell, a temporary unit was installed until theirs was fixed. Upon move out we had a musty smell. New carpet was installed. Daniel Lee was easy to work with and very responsive to our issues and questions. .
