I lived at The Grove for about four years. It was not a pleasant experience. Numerous issues in our unit. When we arrived our place was trashed and disgusting, broken washing machine. The water dispenser on our worked for maybe a week and a half for the time we were there. I believe we made three maintenance requests and they never were able to fix it properly. We made numerous maintenance requests in total. Including our dishwasher that hardly worked, toilet that would continue to run, and heat that stopped working in the winter. The maintenance crew is polite but is hard to get over. Garbage was constantly be littered around the buildings that would seemingly be ignored by staff. The amenities at The Grove are fine, but not terrific. The gym is a little lackluster and the hot tub seemed gross the time I checked it out. The Grove front office staff was very nice in my experience and easy to contact. Overall, I would not recommend The Grove. If you are an upcoming college student trying to find a place to campus. This should be a last resort. I don’t know of the reputation for the alternatives around. But I would have to assume they are better than The Grove.

Not a big fan. Good luck getting ahold of maintenance. If you have a repair issue they tear it apart, make a mess and the leave it for months. Apartments aren’t terrible I attended school and the are a decent spot. Rent is a lot for the place looking like a dump. The place aims for a clean professional environment but it’s nothing close to those words. Garbage laying around, random equipment, and rock pilesor dirt piles everywhere. Any issue or request with them is like talking to a brick wall. If you can find something better go for it you’ll waste your time and money here

Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Me and an ex roommate had personal issues and had to move, having to attempt to cancel our lease. I sent an email to them notifying them that me and my roommate would be leaving by July 10th. They told us we had to find a replacement but advertised the unit as only available after our lease would have ended anyway, this is a failure to mitigate damages. I moved out and have been living in South Dakota since July of 2025 and they had filed for an eviction in January of 2026 despite me having given them a notice of vacancy and not living there. They gave me a move out statement of about $15,000 to collected rent I apparently owe despite their failure to mitigate damages. When I called this out the only evidence I was given that they did was a screenshot of our unit being advertised after our lease would have ended anyway and when I called this out I was ignored. Now they sent this to a sketchy debt collection agency with absolutely zero communication and customer support. Extremelt deceptive and shady business practices are happening here. Just find a local small landlord to rent from please.

First, they had a 2nd collection company attempt to collect a debt that was already paid off and I had to go out of my way to prove that it was, luckily I had recipts. Next they had an important email go to my spam that would have given me an alternative option other than paying the last two months of my lease in advance after multiple previous emails I had with them regarding my lease and other issues came to my primary inbox just fine. And most recently after I signed a renewal, they didn't charge me rent for two months and when I brought it to their attention, they had an "oh well, sucks to be you" attitude about it. Had I'd not brought it to their attention, it would have kept building up and of course they would have expected me to pay it or they would have sent it to collections. These people are scammers, if you chose to rent from them, keep an eye on everything they do involving your money. I've lived in ghettos that didn't try to hustle me as hard as these people have. I wish there was a way out of this renewal so I can find somewhere else to stay and not have to constantly watch my wallet from my landlord.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! So many mold problems and they bring in a "specialist" who temporarily gets rid of the mold you have shown but does not look any further. When you contact them about it and how you are getting sick they are nothing but hostile and will not let you terminate your lease. The management is HORRIBLE. These are pictures of the mold the day after they considered our apartment to be "mold free"
