Forgot to leave a review from my time here, hopefully it’s improved since I left, but I lived here from 2023-4 in a 2 bed 2 bath. Application and move in was easy, place had a good amount of space for 2 guys, it was affordable, and having our own laundry room was great. That’s about where the positives end. From the beginning we had so many problems, many of which were never resolved even after being reported to management. Appliances were outdated, washer would randomly get stuck after filling and just leave clothes sitting in a pool overnight when I thought it was running. Dryer never dried things fully and had to be ran a minimum of twice, damage to drywall and counters out the wazoo, improperly sealed windows. They never fixed anything we notated on the maintenance checklist they gave us at move in. During the winter, ice would form on my windowsill at night and then melt in the morning and leave a puddle. Just about the only thing they fixed was the first thing we called them about which was our dishwasher leaking all over the floor the first time we used it, and that fix took multiple days. In the middle of July, our AC broke for almost a month while we constantly called and made work orders. They assured us the whole time that their AC guy was too busy but he would get to us when he was available. Our apartment would hit almost 90 degrees during the day, we constantly had our windows open with every fan we had going at once. I had to take all the covers off my bed and sleep naked and sweaty every night. Finally they told me they’d give us a window AC unit, but then the dude that showed up didn’t have it. He looked around and measured the temperature in the vent, then went out and took like 5 minutes to put more Freon in the AC unit. Guess what? Overnight the temperature went down 20 degrees. Why couldn’t they have done that a month earlier? Then, when we went to move out, they came in the day beforehand to take pictures. My roommate had all of his stuff out in the living room so it would be easier to move. The next day we moved him out and they said we didn’t owe anything. A couple weeks later and they send us a bill for like 300 bucks EACH for carpet cleaning and trash removal. We tried emailing and calling to see what the trash was (as we had completely cleaned out the unit), to no answer. Finally we both went to the office and talked to a guy at the front desk who looked younger than us (we were like 19 and 20 at the time) and he showed us the picture of the trash that the team documented. IT WAS MY ROOMMATE’S FURNITURE IN THE LIVING ROOM THAT WE MOVED OUT. They didn’t even bother to check whether they actually had to move that stuff out or not? That pic was taken a day before the unit was vacated. We told them we weren’t paying that because that stuff was all in my roommate’s new apartment. They did drop that charge but still charged us both like 60 bucks or something for carpet cleaning (the carpet was 100 percent in the same shape as when we moved in). Long story short, I would recommend living literally anywhere else in Manhattan.

this apartment complex is extremely unprofessional and miss managed. this past year of living here my ac broke, windows literally leak when it rains, washer and dryer barely function, toilet flooded, water leaking out of fire sprinkler that was LEAKING for 8 months before someone came to fix it, barely any hot water, there would be frost and ice formation on windows, pool is never clean, don’t even try to use the workout place nothing works and they don’t care to fix it, people always randomly coming in YOUR house, extremely thin walls can hear when someone is vacuuming. constantly new staff, oh and if your late on your rent by 1 day they will threaten to sue and evict you, mowers maybe come once a month if your lucky, no cameras anywhere which is very unsafe, stairs are wobbly and unstable. i had my carpets cleaned by a company and they said this is the worst rundown carpet they have ever seen the owner of the carpet company even came and was appalled and he was going to make a facebook post about it. carpet is supposed to be replaced every 2 years. he used to be a property manager himself, so it’s not just me who sees this stuff. stay far away from this place and take your money elsewhere.

This complex is extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. The apartments themselves are flat disgusting. Something is always broken and it takes them months to come fix it. Take your money elsewhere!

I’ve had such a great experience here! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and they go above and beyond to make sure any questions or concerns are taken care of quickly. From the very beginning, the team has been super helpful and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It really makes a difference living somewhere where you feel valued and supported. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live here!

This complex is extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. It took over a month for them to fix my AC in July, when temperatures then gave me a temp unit that I was not able to turn off or on. There are always at least two things broken, either inside the apartment or around the property, and it takes forever to get anything fixed. Apartments are not inspected between tenants. I moved into a unit with damages and was later charged for them, and I know two other people in different buildings who had the same thing happen. Total scam. Safety is a joke — during football season, drunk people use our parking lot, leave trash everywhere, and come up to your balcony or doors, and management does nothing about it The amenities are terrible, too. The hot tub has been broken for months. The upstairs gym has no working AC. The printers don’t work. On top of all that, the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional anytime you try to get help. My roommate, others who live in the building, and building D have all complained about one staff member, and they have refused to give us corporate information. Save yourself the stress — look elsewhere. This place is not worth the rent they charge.
