Arranging a lease at Theory was really a wonderful experience! Brooke helped us to find accommodation for our daughter and we're extremely pleased about the great service, the positive interaction, the very high level of professionalism and the attention to detail. Theory is really a building that is perfect for a student at UW-Madison and there are so many positives about this place so it would be an essay in its own. We can highly recommend Theory and Brooke.

Love Theory! In addition to the great location and building perks, the staffs are wonderful. They were there every step of the way in helping me sign my lease and clarifying any questions I have. I personally met with Megan who the sweetest! She makes me feel so welcomed and apart every time I visit. I’m so glad to have signed with Theory!

I’ve been working with Kyle at Theory Madison, and he’s been awesome throughout the whole leasing process. Even though the building’s still under construction, he took the time to walk me through the floor plans, explain the amenities, and answer all my questions. Super friendly, professional, and easy to work with — definitely made me feel confident about leasing here.

I knew right away that Theory Madison was the place for me! The location is perfect. It’s just steps from a grocery store, the shops and restaurants on State Street, the campus bookstore, libraries, the student activity center, bus stops, and the university campus. Everything I need is within walking distance. From my first tour to signing my lease, the staff have been so welcoming and helpful. Megan has been the best. She’s kind, patient, and made the whole process easy and fun. Even though I’ve already signed my lease, I still stop by just to say hi because the staff are so friendly and genuine. You can really tell they care about their residents. I’m so excited to move in and be part of this community!

Theory is awesome! Ryan and Megan take really good care of everyone who comes through the Theory leasing office, and genuinely want to work with each individual to help them find their best options. Looking forward to next year at Theory!
