The Regent has amazing, friendly staff. Serenity was very helpful in lending me a cart to carry my groceries and the maintenance crew helped resolve any concerns swiftly and efficiently. The amenities are excellent too, with free laundry and convenient mail and trash rooms.

⚠️ Strongly NOT recommended Living here has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. Here are the main issues: Unfair Deposit Deductions - Even though I left the apartment spotless when I moved out, management still deducted my deposit with all sorts of unreasonable excuses, many without even including photos. This felt extremely unfair and unprofessional. Heating problems – During winter break, the heating was often shut off, leaving residents freezing. On top of that, the heating system is extremely noisy, producing loud sounds every night. I literally had to wear noise-cancelling headphones to sleep. Very slow maintenance – Maintenance requests take forever to be resolved. For example, I reported a broken air conditioner in summer, but it was not fixed until fall. That’s simply unacceptable. Tiny rooms & poor location value – The rooms are extremely small and not worth the rent. The location looks decent on the map, but in reality it is only convenient for engineering students. For others, it’s not as practical as advertised. Overall, the rent is way too high for the quality of life you get. Poor management, constant noise, and unresponsive maintenance make this place extremely disappointing. I strongly do not recommend renting here.

Myself and my husband came to tour an apartment whilst on vacation as I am considering a masters at UW Madison! Serenity was amazing throughout taking extra care in explaining all the details. What wonderful customer service :)

10/10 experience!!! As a disabled person, its very had to find people who appease to your needs the way one of your employees did! Serenity is the most finest addition to your staff and company on another level! I will never forget she was so kind with tours and things that she even paused the tour so i can have a break! She’s amazing and kind i hope you guys REALLY hang onto her for a long time!!!

I was a little apprehensive about moving to Wisconsin and decided to stay with a friend for a bit to see if this was really the place for me. This girl named Serenity was so super helpful while I was staying there! She helped give me recommendations while my friend was at work and was honestly just a joy to be around. She even pointed me to a place where I could see some cows and taste fresh cheese and that really sold it for me. I can't wait to move now! Thanks Serenity, you were an absolute angel 💙
