The facilities in this apartment are ridiculously outdated. Power outages and tripped breakers happen way too often. The washers and dryers frequently break down and have a strong unpleasant odor—considering the cost, it’s definitely not worth it. Packages and food deliveries get stolen easily, which is incredibly frustrating. One of the biggest issues is the heating system—it either won’t turn off or only blows cold air most of the time, with occasional bursts of warmth. Imagine spending an entire winter in Madison with a faulty heating system! What’s worse, the maintenance staff insists this is ‘normal,’ which I find absolutely unacceptable. The customer service can be a hit or miss—sometimes they are helpful, but other times they can be quite mean. On the positive side, the location is great, and the rent is reasonable. However, if you’re looking for a hassle-free living experience, I’d recommend spending a bit more to live in a better place.

Great location and atmosphere! Lived in a Studio for a year then moved to one of the two, two bedrooms with a roommate and loved it! Super spacious and clean. Loved that it was furnished! Also, all the staff was amazing and helpful!

The advantage of this apartment is that it has only two prices and locations. Everything else can be seen as a disadvantage. First of all, it's not soundproof. Second, elevators break down very often. Third, there are only two washing machines that work. There is a high probability that you will not be able to use the washing machine when you want to.

There are good hearts in Mullins Apartment. Maggi, for example, is a great person. They are very happy to help you. Totally life-saver. Good choice.

It’s a very dirty place and their washing machines are broken not working 90% of the time: or one is working the other 10 %of the time.
