DO NOT LIVE HERE. Extremely overpriced yet very run down compared to other Madison student apartments. The property manager is extremely hostile over the phone and in person about simple fix requests, clearly has anger management issues and is stressful to communicate with due to the yelling.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Way overpriced. This apartment has no amenities compared to other apartments at the same price. The property manager 'Tom Hofmeister' is terrible, has anger issues and extreme attitude. There have been homeless people sleeping in the lobby for last 3 months and he has done nothing about it.

Our son lived here his sophomore year. The building is clean and well kept. The apartments are big and in pretty good shape - all students and almost like a dorm without the restrictions. Great location! Only complaint was that the shower plumbing got a little clogged.

Lived here for 2 years during college - this place is the best. It's well run, management was nice (yes, those places actually exist), and it's in a perfect location, close to state street. The units themselves aren't what I would consider luxurious like some of the new apartments in town, but it's nice and damnit you're in college, it does the job lol.
