Get ready to face all the issues you could possibly think of.... Lift doesn't work, vending machines keep eating your money but work 50% of the time. The washing machines are from the 80s and don't wash more than 10 pieces of clothing at a time. Management doesn't really care either, not understanding at all and don't help you out ever. Apartments are not bad, management is horrible. Hot water barely ever worked, front door was always broken, had a washing machine on our floor that management was going to fix for the entirety of our 2 year tenure and it was never done. Fire alarm testing is done randomly not when they say it’s scheduled. Management doesn’t answer the phone, would email about hot water and elevator maintenance while it was being done, never any warning. Offered to pay tenants $25 to leave a good review, they couldn’t pay me $250 to lie about how awful they were.

Do NOT allow your students to rent these apartments or any others run by C Management. My son overpaid rent and now they refuse to refund him the money. We’ve had to step in and they literally hung up the phone. So now we’ll see if a third party will have better luck getting my son’s money back.

Do you like hot water? If so then this place is not for you! It’s a 50/50 chance that your gonna be able to take a hot shower when you wake up because the hot water heater “breaks” every week and the emails you receive telling you it will be fixed shortly are a flat out lie. Also if you like working elevators, front doors, internet, or windows in your bedroom I would fade this place.

You're paying more for an unfurnished apartment with no windows in the bedrooms with three roommates than I paid in Equinox with one roommate. The bathrooms are disgusting, the kitchen appliences are not up to par, and you live out in the boonies which will affect your social life. Packages are just left in the lobby for a free for all, I have lost numerous packagaes and management won't do anything about it. There are weekends where the A/C or heating will just completely turn off, as well as the one elevator. Seriously, live anywhere else/
