I recently moved to Madison for my graduate degree and it was very difficult to find a trustworthy place from abroad, especially during Covid-19. I am so glad that I contacted Greenbush Properties. The property manager Josh was extremely helpful and positive during the remote-leasing process and also during my move-in. I felt very welcomed! I moved to 444 W Main which is at a great location -- close to both downtown and UW-Madison campus! I was lucky to move-in to this newly renovated apartment which was spotless when I arrived (I am so glad I did not have to worry about cleaning after a 12-hour flight) I did not have any issues related to maintenance yet but the management is very responsive and whenever I have a question about my move-in process I can easily reach out to them. I am very happy about my decision to rent from Greenbush Properties.

I lived at Greenbush Properties for a year and can highly recommend the apartment. The management team is excellent. They are very professional and friendly. They take great care of any problem you have and the maintenance is very quick. For my own apartment, I stayed in their apartments at 30 Broom Street. The apartment was nice and cozy. It was in the heart of the city and walking distance to Downton and the university area. There were also several bus stops nearby that can take you anywhere you want to go in the city. Highly recommend renting from Greenbush Properties. I ended up staying at one of their properties for two years with 7 other people. Houses are perfect for college students. The quality of the houses is far above expectations and other properties with similar monthly rent. Josh, Hilario, and the other Greenbush staff are always very friendly and easy to get into contact with regarding general and more severe maintenance requests. Definitely a good option for any students looking for housing!
