Worst of the worst landlords. I’ve left positive reviews for companies like mcbride that will treat you very well, NEVER live with Boardwalk. They admitted that I moved into a unit that flooded, and I’ve captured photos of mold in my utility closet in case they took my security deposit after confrontation, they did! I wish I got photos of the mice living in the building as well, they ignored that maintenance request of mine. Finally, Alec has a gnarly napoleon complex and won’t confront you in person when asked to explain his behavior towards service animals. I’ll be waiting for the rest of my check boardwalk. EDIT: Boardwalks response to this is riddled with lies, all evidence is documented.

We had a great experience with Boardwalk Investments this year and signed to live with them next year as well! Artan was extremely helpful with our housing search, and we have been very pleased with how friendly the office staff has been to us as tenants, especially Artan and Kimberly! I would recommend working with them to anyone looking for housing in Madison.

Management was responsive and helpful throughout the process of signing a lease. We were able to see a unit the day after we applied. Looking forward to living here next year!

My three roommates and myself have had a great experience at City View so far this year and have decided to re-sign for next near. My roommates and I pay rent comparable or less than the 'going rate' of the area, despite having a much better view and nicer apartment. The maintenance crew has been very responsive and has made significant repairs no-questions asked on a number of occasions. I have recommended other friends to rent with Boardwalk and would recommend their properties to strangers as well.

They have a great management team and are always there to help! The buildings are clean and well maintained. Maintenance requests are quickly taken care of which is hard to find from other landlords in Madison! I would recommend renting from Boardwalk, if you’re looking for a place in Madison
