Chapter at Madison, madison-wi

The building is in transition getting ready for a new group of students this fall and it is still in great shape. The staff was friendly and answered all of our questions we had. Before the tour at Chapter at Madison was over my daughter and my wife and I knew this was the place our daughter will call home this fall. Well done to everybody at Chapter Madison, especially Lumi as she was knowledgeable and we can tell she truly cares about her residents.

Chapter Madison is such a nice location and was such a great spot for my friends to spend our senior year. The staff is so welcoming and I couldn’t be happier with the layout of our apartment. In unit laundry is awesome and the balcony is a great plus!!!

Sweet place, nice facilities and good housing overall. The wall between units is a bit thin so you can hear the noise pretty easily. Really wish they clean the watermarks outside of the window for better aesthetics tho.

Chapter is a great option if you’re looking for high-quality student housing. While the rent is on the higher side, it actually feels worth the price because of the modern units, clean facilities, and overall experience. The amenities are well maintained, and everything feels new and thoughtfully designed. You’re paying for comfort, convenience, and a polished living environment, and Chapter delivers on that. If you can fit it into your budget, it’s a solid place to live and a good value for what you get.

Our daughter is having a wonderful experience living at Chapter! Great common spaces, in-unit laundry, fun events, safe & secure building!
