My son rents from Mullins, yes the apartments are older, but we have had zero issues with the property management. The Mullins team has always been very responsive and accommodating. The apartment building is very quiet. The move in process was very easy. Really appreciate this property mainly for its location, that can't be beat!

Mullins really understands that this is student housing and students are not great renters. Apartment was fairly dirty when I moved in and had some issues (broken AC, missing parts). But for the location, it's hard to beat. Bonus that it is furnished and the rent is reasonable. Cool old building which used to be a women's dorm - so each bedroom has a sink and 2 closets. Lots of storage space in the bedrooms but overall square footage is quite small.

The apartments themselves are fine-ish. The only issues I've had are with the temperature because the building is old and insulated terribly. In mid-winter (like full on polar vortex) I was still leaving my windows open because it stayed upwards of 75 degrees and the heat wasn't on. Be prepared to spend all your money on A/C in the summer as well because it only gets worse. Now as for the parking. Don't park here - just don't do it. You sign in the agreement that the landlord can't guarantee there will always be a spot for you and they really take this to heart. Random people park here constantly and Mullins will do next to nothing to stop them. Cars have illegally parked here for over a week and Mullins refuses to tow them. It would be cheaper to park here illegally and get the $25 parking ticket the (maybe) one time they check each month rather than paying the $125/mo for the permit.

Very poor service, and they called me and asked why I left a poor review when i originally did, they were hostile and showed more effort in me removing my poor google review than anything they ever did to improve their own apartment. Expect an elevator that hardly works, poor air conditioning, ugly wall and hardly an windows. Truly regret ever living with these people.

They are so disrespectful and unhelpful. They don’t do a good job with the upkeep of the buildings especially Ann Emery the building I lived in. Every time I called for a maintenance request, the building was practically falling apart, they would get a attitude and try to make me pay for. They are so unprofessional and rude please do not rent from them.
