would only recommend this apartment if it's one of your last resorts and you're set on a downtown location w parking. pros: -underground parking -controlled access -great location -fairly good communication -utilities included -good heat/ac cons: -very VERY buggy. i have never had so many spiders in an apartment before and couldn't open the sliding door at all because of this -water is really hard -parking garage flooded monthly and made it smell like sewage -LOUD especially on weekends and nights -frustratingly slow maintenance. garage door broke and couldn't get cars out for a solid few days. it's moving week and the elevator was down for a full week

Carpets are pretty rough, but main complaint is that they enter apartment without warning to put packages in kitchen. I hope they dont snoop but regardless it destroys the feeling of privacy. Nothing takes away the feeling of safety than random people letting themselves into your place a lot. When I wake up to the sound of the neighbors coming home, I panic thinking its someone letting themselves in my place. Doors also dont have a secondary lock (like a chain) so if one of the many people who enter apartments wanted to they could come in right now and there is nothing I could do except offer them a beer.

An apartment full of bugs, super slow maintenance, water leaks heavily in the parking lot, smells horrible. Elevator out of service for a whole week without service. Terrible package management. Often no one in the office, also MPM has a terrible attitude in the phone.

Great apartment, clean room and hallway, all utilities included in rent price. Quick maintenance too
