Apartments are very spacious, love our deck and building is always secured. Office ladies have been the best! Maintenance is great, fast and had great communication. Price is decent for the location compared to other apartments in town. Pets are welcomed. Very happy here. 10/10

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Horrible horrible place & horrible staff! The walls are paper thin & if you happen to live in an apartment with people living above you, you will suffer terribly!! They will not care to move you no matter how many times you complain and the staff is utterly rude every single one of them! By far the most horrible place to live in Macomb. 04/24: It’s been 10 years since I lived there & I still reflect on how awful it was. They refused to move me when I had some serious issues with the punk who lived above me stomping on the floor because the roommate I had didn’t want to move. She dictated the level of comfort I could’ve had there. & she was also pretty filthy & didn’t pay her rent for months so eviction notices would be posted on the door. Still, the woman who was their “manager” at the time (was her name Lee-Ann??) refused to let me move to another unit. Glad to see others can see them for who they are.

An Absolutely Terrible place to live. Ive Never had problems Anywhere as I do here. They have bed bugs in some of their apartments, instead of getting it fixed up like They are suppose to they will charge you $600 for “spraying”. They go In your apartment when you’re not home and don’t give any warning or heads up. No Air (during a heat advisory), No Hot Water (which IS a necessity), and STILL charging. Everything they are Suppose to fix they Don’t and will charge the renter for what they are Suppose to be doing. Calling the city on these Crooks cause that’s Exactly what they are. DO NOT RENT HERE. If I could give 0 Stars I would.

My roomie and I have lived here for two years and have been very pleased with Aspen Court. First off, it is the nicest looking apartment complex in macomb (in my opinion). The apartments themselves are very nice and have all modern appliances in them. We have had great customer service as tenants here as well. The few times we have had issues at our place, they were resolved in a timely manor. The lovely ladies in the office are always nice and helpful answering any questions we have. The maintenance crew does a great job of making the complex look very nice and snow removal is always taken care of shortly after every snowfall. Overall, Aspen Court is a very safe and family oriented place. The staff and tenants are all very nice welcoming.

Just moved out of Aspen Court on W. Jackson after being in graduate school for two years. Absolutely the best place in town. A little pricey compared to other places, but you definitely get what you pay for. I just moved to a different apartment in a new state and it was a bit of a let down that I didn't get nearly the quality for about the same price. The apartments are very well maintained and taken care of, the office staff is friendly and helpful, and I loved the fitness center/pool area. I felt safe and at home there. Make sure when you move out you do a really deep clean, because the check-out is pretty extensive, but it makes sense - it takes high standards to upkeep the property. Highly, highly recommend!
