This place is disgusting. Roaches everywhere. They do not exterminate enough. The water is always being shut off..My first month living here no hot water for any of the residence. Maintenance is pretty much nonexistent and they fix nothing. There is no washer and dryer set ups on the property. Nobody is ever in the office to discuss problems or anything that goes on. The dishwasher in my apartment has never worked and is full of water and the drains back up constantly. More than half the mailboxes do not lock and unsecured. This place should be condemned!!

---- Edit: An important note, this complex does seem to be relatively free of pests in the apartments themselves, which is a challenge most complexes struggle with. Additionally, the pool has been open as well. ---- This complex has recently come under new ownership during this summer. With the change in ownership, there have been many ongoing renovations to the complex, including new paint and siding for the exterior, replacement of old windows, and renovations of the main office. For the improvements they are making, there still remains much that the complex simply has not addressed yet. It is mid July, and the pool remains unclean and locked. The owners have prioritised the most visible issues, like painting, and ignored the issues that affect the residents directly. There is so much dog feces on the grounds, the smell is unavoidable. The complex has also ignored any cleaning services for the facilities in it's entirety, including the stairwells and common laundry room, with many machines filled with insects, unused laundry soap, and other Out of Order machines. While the owners may have high hopes for the complex after all their planned upgrades are complete, the current residents suffer from the owners ignoring quality of living requirements for the duration. I am currently living in a ~750 sqft 1Bed/1Bath at $625 a month, all bills paid. This is absolutely not worth it at this time. Currently I cannot recommend the complex for any college students who wish for acceptable living arrangements. I am looking forward to the end of my lease. At least the air conditioning works without issue, so at least it isn't absolutely intolerable at the moment.

The water has been overflowing in the apartment we are staying for a while now. It over flows in the interval of 2-3 months. When the water overflows it covers all the floors, sometimes even urination overflows too. We have experience this 7-8 times since we stayed. The maintenance guy comes over resolve the problem but still the water overflows after some time interval. We have requested the manger to change the room but she keeps on saying she has no units available. Its been almost 3 weeks that we have requested for a room change due to this problem. Worst experience ever from only this view point. Thank You!

I lived here for around 8 months. I consistently did not have hot water or a heater in the winter. There were leaks in my ceiling that eventually caused part of the ceiling to fall in. The pool was disgusting and the washer/dryers did not work. Management changes every month and is almost impossible to get in contact with. This complex is also extremely unsafe: there were vacant units that were left unlocked for months, and no lighting in the foyers. There was also a drive-by shooting directly below my unit on my last night living there.

We recently moved out of college pointe. It's not a place where you can live peacefully. Not because of the environment, but you will have trouble with the management. About 3 managements changed over the period we stayed there and none of them were least concerned about your issues. We had many issues to share with you but these are some of the most irritating situations we faced. Very often, you will have a water shutdown. They hardly respond to mails regarding issues. They are not always available in office during their office hours. We had a water leakage problem from ceiling. We complained a lot for about 6 months and finally got that resolved. And finally when we moved out, the management inspected the apartment and they gave us a final statement saying no issues. A month later the new management came in and they charged us a $160 as final utility and bad carpet fine. Being honest we paid the final utility with the old management and we got carpet cleaned and the old management had said nothing at all. They said its all perfect. We have proofs of paid utility bill and carpet clean bill. But these new guys who came in after we moved out want us to pay these bills again. Don't they inherit records from old management? Seriously, these guys are the one you want to sue. And believe me these guys bribed the residents a quarter roll for writing positive review online. Such a great people with great thoughts.
