DO NOT LEASE HERE! I am a 4 year resident of ParkEast and their management seems to get worse and worse over the years. From trash all around the complex to management laughing in your face when you come to them with a concern, I could write a whole novel on my bad experiences here. Management threaten to tow tenants car who aren’t even parked in “future resident parking” on a public roadway just so they can park in the same exact spot themselves (pictures included). I still don’t even have a mailbox key. They put “notice to vacate notice” on your door 4 months before your move out date because you haven’t renewed yet. None of there amenities work or are shut down half the time. The further away from the leasing office the trashier it gets. Even when you think their apartments are nice you get hit with $300+ electrical bills (which is not correct at all), mold, and broken appliances that take a week to replace, the list goes on. If you want management that actually care about their tenants and not just profit, then I highly suggest bringing your hard earned money somewhere else. I used to recommend this apartment complex to friends but after living here 4 years it’s time I find somewhere else. I know management could care less about tenants opinions, but please do better ParkEast and Cardinal Group!

We had the full tour and the person in charge of it told us everything we needed to know. The rooms were very nice and clean, plus the entire complex felt like it was luxurious in terms of the looks. We also got treated with some snacks and drinks.

I was hoping that with new ownership Park East would improve their living conditions, but I could not have been more wrong. Valet trash dropped one of my cardboard boxes on the way to the compactor, and the new management took a picture and charged me a hefty fine for “improper trash disposal”. The week they claimed I threw the box outside, I was on crutches and it would’ve been physically impossible for me to carry a broken down cardboard box outside and place it where they claimed it was. I also live in the same building as the mailroom, so there’s no reason for me to go outside with any of my packages. I find it disheartening that despite following all the rules and being a perfect tenant, any resident could get fined for something Park East’s employee did and have no way to defend themselves. When I tried explaining this to them, they refused to even entertain the idea and hold their employees responsible. Even a warning would have been better than how they handled the situation. This reckless behavior messes with people’s finances and their livelihoods. If you’re searching for a safe, cheaper place to live I suggest you look somewhere else, unless you want to get fined for something you never did.

My experience living here was disappointing from the start. The front office treated me poorly, and every time I brought up concerns, I felt dismissed. Maintenance tapped on my apartment walls multiple times a day for an extended period and came to my apartment three separate times in a month and a half. I later found out these inspections are normally only done every three months, which made the repeated visits even more concerning. As a woman, having grown men (the 2 Mexican maintenance guys) repeatedly come to my apartment made me feel uncomfortable. I brought my concerns to the front office more than once, but the older woman with black hair completely dismissed them instead of addressing the issue. Overall, I can't recommend living here. I paid too much to be treated this way and never felt respected as a resident.

I recently toured Park East with Lexi. She was super helpful and answered all of my questions during the tour. I enjoyed getting to see the property. Overall, it was a great tour and I appreciated all of her help!
