I recently moved to Louisville for a new work opportunity, and a friend had recommended I try derby row out. I can honestly say that I have not had a single complaint! The staff here are so friendly and attentive to any questions or concerns that you may have. My personal favorite is the coffee bar in the clubhouse area hang out with your guest or friends. I have not had a single issue since I’ve moved in and I’ve also renewed my lease for a second year. I might possibly stay longer

I had a great experience working with Tahj at Derby Row Apartments. From the moment I interacted with him, he was professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions clearly and made sure I understood everything about the leasing process. What stood out the most was his communication he stayed consistent, followed up when needed, and made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free.Tahj also has a great attitude and makes you feel comfortable right away.

Came in to tour Derby Row and had a great experience. The property manager, Chelsea, personally took me on the tour and made the whole process feel very welcoming. She asked personalized questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted in an apartment and took the time to answer all of my questions. Overall, such a great experience!

I looked around at few places in the area, looking for the right place to live. When I met Lindsay Gibson at derby row, I knew this would be the place for me compared to every other site I visited. Lindsay went above and beyond instead of doing the bare minimum. She was very professional and ecstatic when it came to helping me get squared away. She really connected with me as she does with anyone and really went out of way for me. 10/10 would recommend derby row to anyone because of Lindsay Gibson.
