Flooded apartment, terrible parking, parking garage elevator broken very frequently, lost packages, shoddy AC, zero protections from unsafe roommate situations, terrible communication. It’s low-cost apartment living with a Gucci belt. Oh yeah, and even though I gave them my forwarding address I never received the remainder of my security deposit.

I had a great experience working with Tahj at Derby Row Apartments. From the moment I interacted with him, he was professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions clearly and made sure I understood everything about the leasing process. I’ve been living on Derby Row for a year, I can the experience was great. The apartments are in great shape and they have everything you need so you can live comfortably. The client attention was great, since I came here Lindsey helped me with every single problem/issue I had, she is one of Derby Rows best units. No matter the situation she always got me a solution.
