I lived here 2023-2024 and I had to leave because they have to renovate the aprtment Before they change the business team, front desk was horrible apartment was dirty and everything there was so bad and the environment there made my allergy worst After they changed the manager, I think its getting better and glad they are trying to renovate the building. But I really think they need to do better job at keeping it clean and it is so loud there that they cant control the noise level there. And garage is always opened I honestly rather pay more to live at better, clean and safer apartment. I hope clubhouse take this review and make the management better

I lived in this apartment for two years, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. Maintenance was a joke — even the smallest repairs took weeks, sometimes longer. The HVAC system was broken for months during extreme weather, and despite multiple complaints, it took over 4 months. I don’t want to talk about the staff, they literally scream you. The worst part came when I moved out. I was hit with over $400 in damage charges. They double-charged me for the same issue and even billed me for a couch that was already broken when I moved in. When I provided dated proof showing the damage was pre-existing, they conveniently claimed I never submitted a move-in report — a total lie. They simply lost the paperwork and used that as an excuse to push blame onto me. To make matters worse, their staff treated me like a delinquent, calling me weekly with aggressive and insulting language for the money. Completely unprofessional and borderline harassing. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place at all costs. They are disorganized, dishonest, and disrespectful to tenants

This is hands down the worst place I have ever lived. They have withheld our mail key for the entire time I’ve lived here. Which is illegal. The valet trash is never picked up on time, ours has sat in our hall for almost two weeks once. The WiFi is constantly going out (I mean for hours at a time), so if you work remotely don’t move here. And if you email and complain they never respond. I’ve sent in complaints, I’ve needed repairs in the apartment, the list goes on and on. It’s very poor management and they do not care about the people who live here at all. Just spare yourself.
