The residents of these apartments are the filthiest beings. The grounds staff keep the actual lawn around the building tidy but obviously could care less about the sidewalk and street. The residents that don’t pay to park in the garage park on the streets nearby and leave their trash all along said streets. Having lived on Warnock for 16 years, Crittenden dr. has been apart of our dog walks for years but not anymore. There’s too much garbage on the ground to decipher what’s paper & what’s glass, and glass could injure my dog. This is my first complaint that I’ve been holding in for too long, but it won’t be my last!! 💯💯

The location of these apartments are close to UofL campus and make for an easy commute to school. However, the hallways inside to the apartments are super nasty and floors filthy. Trash is found in the stairwells all the time; like bags of it and smells bad. The apartment my family member is renting; is nice inside. Nothing fancy but spacious and well laid out. It is quiet, even though facing the busy street and do not here any neighbors. The ceiling has been leaking for several months and it hasn’t been fixed or it will start leaking in a new spot. The office staff are friendly and responsive but the follow up is usually slow. First time renters experience of what not to get and what to look for different the next time.

Internet been out since my first lease of last year and still out now. Constantly lose service/signal in my room and living room. The manager as well as the internet provider haven’t shown any effort in fixing it even after I talked and called about it since I lived here (if you call the internet provider, you’ll most likely be on hold for awhile just to get told they’ll call you back, which they most likely won’t from my experience). Emailed the manager awhile back about carpet damage to be fixed and only received an automatic reply that didn’t give any response on fixing it or a response to try to fix it. Water damage that’s been here since I first moved here and is still very visible and hasn’t been fixed, (provided pictures) and also, only has one maintenance person for all 3 buildings. Got charged a fee for a piece of the blinds that was already damaged before I moved here (found out while I was paying rent). I only recommend this place for being a close walking distance to campus. The staff is friendly as well and have tried their best to provide a better experience which is very appreciated.

Amazing, affordable place to live. Not only students even families can live here at ease. I just moved in and I like this place for now..

Never ever go to live there It is a dirty place filled with roaches and insects everywhere . And the manager does not give a @ . Never ever think about that place
