While I thought the housing provided was acceptable, there were many issues throughout my two years of being here. Trash everywhere, closed amenities, constant rent increases, and the wifi would go down for random intervals of time. I would HIGHLY recommend looking into other off-campus housing options, as it will be cheaper and you will enjoy better conditions.

Audrey gave us the BEST tour for us and our daughter and her roommate, who will be living here this coming fall semester. I think we caught her right before she was about to leave for the day, on a Saturday, and she was happy to take us through the entire complex. My daughter had a tour without us a few months ago and the guy hardly showed her anything. He just pointed to where the workout room was and where the basketball court was, etc. He didn’t even take her and her roommate into a model unit. Audrey took us everywhere (in the rain) and explained everything and answered all of our questions. As parents, she made us feel that our daughter would be safe and well taken care of. She’s the best - give her a raise!!

DO NOT LIVE HERE We moved our daughter in expecting a decent living experience and it has been nothing but bad. You pay a ridiculous amount for fees and utilities for an unreliable space. There have been armed robberies, and multiple cars being stolen and the complex has yet to address it. We also were informed that her neighbor is a significantly older woman, who's older boyfriend is also staying there. We have seen them screaming at each other on our daughter's doorbell camera. Majority of the security cameras are down so safety isn't a priority. Our daughter's toilet flooded while she was on vacation, and the manager has yet to compensate us at all for the water damage in her room, and to her items. The pool is still closed due to "being under construction". The WiFi never works, and the HVAC systems constantly go down so her unit will be 80° in the summer or 55° in the winter. This place is an absolutely joke, save the hassle and live anywhere but here.

Had a great experience with Ms. Victoria Burke at Brexx Louisville Apartments. She was very well-mannered, professional, and extremely informative throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made everything easy to understand. Great customer service and a pleasure to work with!

Please dont waste your time or money! Everything breaks all the time, had a major flood, washer and dryer broken for months, hot water heater blew, AC broke, toilets and sinks no functioning. Way too expensive for the slum that it is.
