Oh man where do I start? The area is completely unsafe, there were shots fired in the development during move-in week this past school year. The gates do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING because people just pry them open. Honestly, I didn’t have a problem when people did that because everytime the gate by my house opened, it made a deafening screech which the management refused to do anything about. And people are in and out all the time, meaning the screeching was non-stop. The pool was closed pretty much the entire summer, which made me feel like I was paying for an amenity I didn’t get to utilize. The gym has holes in the wall and was never clean. People revving their engines incredibly obnoxiously late at night. Wifi never worked. People screaming in the street on weekends. The worst part for me were the utility prices. Astronomical compared to the utilities I’ve paid for in different cities. I would turn the heating and air in my house completely off during the spring and open our windows and we STILL got charged over $400 in electricity. The juice is not worth the squeeze with this place.

The house as a space, decent, and maintenance and trash service were always fast and great. However, my car got stolen, the pool hasn't opened all summer, the staff at the front were 50/50, the gates were always broken, we had to put in a maintenance request every week, we had a mice problem 2 years in a row, and there were constant increases in some sort of money or fee in some way. Staff wise, stay away from Cody he was so rude to me when I had a roommate problem and he basically told me to figure it out myself and that he had no control, which lead to the absolute worst summer ever, despite my multiple attempts to get it fixed. Other than him, staff was pretty good and efficient most of the time.

Do NOT live here!! My daughter did & it was a horrific experience. The AC was broke, the pool was closed, there was mold, it's an unsafe area & the worse part- instead of accepting responsibility the Brexx continues to deflect & revert to excuse after excuse. No apologies just insufficient reasoning. There are countless recent reviews from numerous people that state the same issues. I rented for 20 years before I bought a house & never encountered anything like this. My daughter was in unsafe conditions The Brexx said window units should be adequate, the common areas were at 85° or over, the pool was broke, the bills are like a calculus mathematical equation. The worst part is the complete disregard by the business. Don't live here. You'll regret it. Read all the reviews!!

Our dish washer had standing (dirty) water in it for over a month until someone came and fixed it. Once maintenance actually started our request they finished it quickly and effectively. The long response time was the only thing frustrating.

Donald, the Maintence manager, is the best! Came right away when I had a serious leakage and responded with kindness and productive communication. So glad he helped with my issue. THANK YOU DONALD!!
