A garbage home. They have at least 20 people at one same location paying at least each 1500$ but Zuma don’t know how to handle cleaning and the garbage. (THEY NEVER NEVER CLEAN)

Zuma Housing is hands down one of the best housing experiences I’ve had in LA. From the start, everything was smooth, professional, and well-organized. The apartments are clean, modern, and exactly as advertised no unpleasant surprises, which is rare in LA. The team is responsive, helpful, and genuinely cares about making your stay comfortable. Any question or request is handled quickly and efficiently. Locations are great, amenities are solid, and the overall vibe is safe and well maintained. If you’re looking for reliable, high-quality housing in Los Angeles without the usual headaches, Zuma Housing is a no-brainer. Highly recommend.

Poor management, unresolved housing issues, and unacceptable service I would strongly advise students to think twice before choosing Zuma Housing. My experience has been consistently disappointing, mainly due to poor management, slow responses, and unresolved living issues, especially considering the very high prices charged. Room issues: I paid full price for a single room, yet my room was not properly separated from another one. This was only “resolved” after a long delay by installing a simple wooden board between the rooms, which did not provide proper soundproofing or comfort. The process took far too long, with delayed replies and little proactive support from management. Water cutoffs: We have experienced four separate water shutoffs so far, all occurring in the middle of the day. During these periods, it was impossible to drink, cook, use the bathroom, or maintain basic hygiene for several hours at a time. No meaningful explanation, solution, or compensation was offered. This is unacceptable for housing at this price level. Management & communication: Communication with Zuma is extremely frustrating. Responses are slow, often automated, and feel impersonal. When serious issues arise, there is little sense of accountability or urgency. The management experience feels driven more by automation and cost-cutting than by tenant well-being. Value for money: Zuma’s pricing is significantly higher than comparable housing options, yet the service, responsiveness, and living conditions do not justify the cost. Much better alternatives exist in the same area. Overall, this has been a stressful and disappointing experience. Based on what I’ve experienced, I would not recommend Zuma Housing, particularly to students looking for a safe, responsive, and fairly managed living environment.

Zuma Housing was a great place to stay during my study period at UCLA. It’s perfect for meeting students and people from all over the world, with a friendly and international atmosphere. The location is convenient, and the staff is helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone, whether for study purposes or not, in Los Angeles!
