I’ve had a great experience living at Villa Bel Air over the past two years. The property is consistently clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which makes it easy to feel at home. The staff and security team stand out. They’re professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful, especially when it comes to handling deliveries or addressing any needs. Maintenance is also very responsive and takes care of issues quickly and efficiently. The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby gyms and amenities. The on-site gym is solid and covers the essentials. Parking feels secure and well-managed, which adds another layer of comfort. The community itself is a strong point. There’s a good mix of tenants from different professional backgrounds, and overall the environment feels positive and respectful. Overall, the quality of living here has been consistently high, and I’d confidently recommend it!

Extremely happy. The place is beautiful. Safety was most important to me as my daughter was moving there. With the underground parking, all areas require the use of key fobs, as well as security on site during the evening I felt comfortable putting my daughter there.

Haven’t moved in yet but Henry and Brooke have been so communicative and very professional from the start. It’s new, so clean and charming! great location (even tho close to frwy ) don’t think it matters much for the convenience you get. Excited to move in!

Villa Bel Air truly lives up to the expectation of resort living. The location doesn't get much better than this, being right off the 405 (with no noise issues) one turn away from sunset and less than a mile away from Wilshire you can get to numerous popular spots super easily. In addition to all the luxuries this community offers the building is extremely secure and I am beyond happy with my decision of living here at Villa Bel Air.
