What a wonderful experience! The person who helped me (Jack) was very positive and welcoming, and I had no trouble with quick communication or setting up a tour time. The process was very efficient and I had no trouble finding out information about the location, availability, pricing, and amenities. The place itself is great too for the 5-10 minute walk to USC campus + private room/shared living, and I ended up finding the perfect room for me the same day I visited. Very grateful for such an easy leasing process and helpful people!

It’s hard to find good service in any industry these days but Daria at victory house made things so much easier. Our son lives outside of the USA so we had to coordinate a lot of things remotely. Daria answered every text sent - efficiently and quickly. Honestly she made the whole process so easy. She never made it seem like we were bothering her even though there were a ton of questions.

Management seems kind of rushed (they want people to sign immediately, lots of guarantees that might not be maintained). The shared rooms are a decent size but not very uniform. Some rooms (especially the privates) barely have any room. There's also no amenities besides a backyard that seems currently unusable. The staff is alright. There's a lot of construction going on in the backyard, unsure of when that will end. At the end of the day, almost every off campus place by USC is going to be weird. Just do your research before signing with anyone. Not sure if I would sign here.
