I lived at The Pointe for a little over a year and had a great experience. Pam and Harold were kind, responsive and always willing to help whenever I had a question or needed anything. They also ensured that maintenance requests were attended to promptly, which made living here even more enjoyable. If you attend USC or are looking to live nearby, I highly recommend contacting CDI Management. They’re an excellent choice, hands down.

As someone who moved to Los Angeles specifically because of USC, I was very stressed when the time came to think about finding an apartment. CDI Apartments was my light at the end of the tunnel, as they made the process of renting an apartment for a college student extremely accommodating through clear, and efficient communication. I lived at The Spot for 2 years, and throughout that time I made a lot of wonderful memories, along with growing closer with my landlords and workers from CDI, who were always extremely kind and created a very welcoming environment. If you are a USC student stressing about where to live during your last two years, I seriously cannot recommend CDI enough.

My two sons lived at the Pointe for total of five years. Our experience with the entire team including Harold and Pam was beyond amazing. They are exceptional in the maintenance of the building. And they truly take care of the tenants as their families. As a parent to a college student, I am at ease knowing that they will return to a safe and secure home away from home. Thank you team CDI 🙏

CDI Management, and specifically Pam and her team, are the light in the darkness of other management companies in the USC area. Best decision I could have possibly made to live in the Pointe: Pam was quick and responsive, maintenance was prompt and rarely needed, and the apartment was spacious and quiet. I would choose CDI a thousand times over if I could do it again.

Stayed at the Pointe during my junior and senior at USC, Pam and team were amazing in making sure my time there was smooth. Great place to look into for student housing!
