My two sons lived at the Pointe for total of five years. Our experience with the entire team including Harold and Pam was beyond amazing. They are exceptional in the maintenance of the building. And they truly take care of the tenants as their families. As a parent to a college student, I am at ease knowing that they will return to a safe and secure home away from home. Thank you team CDI 🙏

CDI Management, and specifically Pam and her team, are the light in the darkness of other management companies in the USC area. Best decision I could have possibly made to live in the Pointe: Pam was quick and responsive, maintenance was prompt and rarely needed, and the apartment was spacious and quiet. I would choose CDI a thousand times over if I could do it again.

Exceptional experience with CDI Management in every way. We rented an apartment for our son near USC. Each step CDI was exceptional, particularly Pam, including assisting finding a sub lease tenant when our son finished degree early. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Pam and the whole team are really helpful and attentive. During the two years we lived in The Tower, we sublet it twice because of going out for internships. Pam provided a lot of support and helpful advice for our subleasing, which saved us a lot of expenses. There is no doubt that Pam and the team made our two years as a student at USC special and wonderful.
