Don’t even attempt to apply or rent from this apartment complex. They are fraudulent and possibly a scam. They take your application money and give you the runaround. So many delays and never give an answer. I was told my application was sent to corporate. Two weeks ago still no response. They took my application money and haven’t heard back anything. Even when I call I get transferred and told by different people that I will receive a call back with an answer. Be aware of this scam. Would like to avoid others from getting scam and to shut them down if no one is applying any more

I applied for this apartment because it was literally the cheapest option I could find, and after being told my credit was good and that we make enough income to comfortably pay the rent and other expenses, they still say we need a co-signer who makes $7,000 a month just to move in. That requirement is honestly ridiculous. This isn’t even a luxury apartment complex. It’s a place that is mostly marketed toward students. If that’s the case, how exactly are students supposed to qualify for this? Most students definitely aren’t making $7,000 a month, and most people don’t have someone in their life who can casually co-sign while making that kind of money. What makes even less sense is that they also accept people who use Section 8 or other rental assistance programs. If rental assistance is allowed and helps cover the rent, then why would someone need a co-signer making $7,000 a month in the first place? That completely contradicts the whole idea of making housing accessible to people who need help paying for it. It makes absolutely no sense to approve someone based on credit and income and then immediately add a requirement that most normal people cannot meet. At that point, what is even the point of the application process? On top of that, the reviews already say the property isn’t well maintained and that there have been issues like roaches. So it’s honestly unbelievable that a place with those kinds of problems is setting requirements as if it’s some high-end luxury complex. The whole situation feels completely unreasonable and out of touch with reality, especially considering how hard it already is to find affordable housing right now.

Disgusting amount of roaches everywhere. Literally swarms of them coming from apartments and they end up coming under my door. I've never kept food out and always keep my space clean but I still have to live with it while paying $2000 a month for rent.

I’d like to take a moment and recant a review I left previously. After living here for many years and experiencing a lot of different versions of management here I can honestly say I was very wrong about how things are taken care of at the Rose Apartments. I had previously stated that the manager Fred had no follow-through or care but just over the last few months I have seen a lot of turn around on the property. He has taken care of any and all seasonal bug issues, he is timely and responsive when you need to speak to someone about an issue, and he DEFINITELY cares about what is happening on the property. I have also noticed that since he has been in management, our security is actually present throughout the night and available if we need something, as well as having our parking lot well maintained. Not to mention the upgraded vending machine room. As I said before, I have lived here a very long time and for the first time in what feels like years, it feels like our apartment complex is being managed and we have people in the front lobby we can trust. I’m grateful to call The Rose Apartments my home and you would be lucky to be able to do the same!

When trying to find a place to call home with my friend we landed on this apartment and thought it was a good deal. The apartment management said we would get information of the status in 24-48hr but nothing. When I called to find out information on the status the call kept getting disconnected
