I’d like to take a moment and recant a review I left previously. After living here for many years and experiencing a lot of different versions of management here I can honestly say I was very wrong about how things are taken care of at the Rose Apartments. I had previously stated that the manager Fred had no follow-through or care but just over the last few months I have seen a lot of turn around on the property. He has taken care of any and all seasonal bug issues, he is timely and responsive when you need to speak to someone about an issue, and he DEFINITELY cares about what is happening on the property. I have also noticed that since he has been in management, our security is actually present throughout the night and available if we need something, as well as having our parking lot well maintained. Not to mention the upgraded vending machine room. As I said before, I have lived here a very long time and for the first time in what feels like years, it feels like our apartment complex is being managed and we have people in the front lobby we can trust. I’m grateful to call The Rose Apartments my home and you would be lucky to be able to do the same!

When trying to find a place to call home with my friend we landed on this apartment and thought it was a good deal. The apartment management said we would get information of the status in 24-48hr but nothing. When I called to find out information on the status the call kept getting disconnected

Hello, my name is Mehmet Yaşar. I’ve been trying to rent an apartment through this site for a month now, but the staff aren’t helping me—they’re being racist. My application wasn’t approved because they misled me; I lost $50 entirely due to the staff’s mistake. I’ve been waiting to rent an apartment for over a month, but it still hasn’t been approved. The employees named Brian and Sandra in Samandıra hang up on me—the only thing they haven’t done is insult me. I’m going to take them to court I’ll take this to court, I’ll defend my rights everywhere, and I’ll report them all to the police.

0 Stars. This is by far the worst place I have rented at. Waste of money. Water is either cold or shut off! No warning either. The power goes out all the time but only in certain rooms!! It’s not an actual outage! I’ve had to replace groceries that went out of temp due to no power multiple times! No reimbursement of any kind. Majority of employees that work here are extremely rude and don’t seem to have any knowledge in what they are doing. No security here, not a safe place to live. All doors are unlocked or propped open 24/7. Homeless are always surrounding the trashcans inside the “gated” property. The same tenants yelling / cussing at 4-5am! This lady always throws things in the middle of night and damages the property consistently. It’s extremely loud, not safe and nothing is ever done about it. This place is also extremely dirty and out of date. Trash left everywhere. No consistency among the property. It needs to be remodeled or shut down ASAP. Most units left on the property are unlivable. Imagine paying $2000 for no water or power for hoursss after a long day of school and work. Don’t waste your money like I have. Stay away!

Unless your other option is to pitch a tent at the 405 Devonshire offramp I would not suggest living here to anyone. The leasing agents have 0 interest in putting forth any effort in helping with your needs/concerns. They will show up, give you the run round about anything question that's not in their script, and go home leaving you unresolved. The power just randomly goes out but only for select outlets, the walls give prison vibes, roaches, lack of appliances is fine but there's little/no outlet access to bring a microwave or air fryer. Management DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.
