Would give -5 stars, if possible. We had to sue them to get deposit returned, they LOST in court, still will not pay. Will not respond to email, phone etc. Total garbage. The reason we had to get deposit back was because they broke a lease by not having property ready as promised, tried to force students to take crummy alternative. Run, do not walk, from Nova - under no circumstances should you trust them or work with them in any way, as a renter, contractor, etc.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Stay far away from Nova Properties. Anthony B Ramirez, aka Tony the owner, is a complete crook. He has promised for months to issue a refund check and never delivered. We even sent a certified letter that was outright refused. This company preys on renters, stringing people along with empty promises and no accountability. USC students, do not fall into this trap. If you are looking for housing, save yourself the stress, wasted money, and legal headaches -- do not rent from Nova Properties under any circumstances. Consider this a warning from someone who learned the hard way: protect yourself, your money, and your peace of mind.

I had a very smooth and stress-free experience finding my new place. Rohit, in particular, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He showed me multiple properties, was extremely cooperative and accommodating, and always made sure my questions were answered, even well past working hours. He truly went above and beyond to help me find a place I genuinely liked. Really appreciate his effort and professionalism!

Tenant of 1361 w Adams blvd 2 years experience Nova Student Housing has been a comfortable, affordable and convenient place to live near USC Campus under DPS zone. The rooms are clean with all the basic amenities. Overall, a solid and reliable housing option. Should Go for it.

*****Warning ****Renters Beware******** DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY THEY PROMISE EVERYTHING AND LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING. TONY MAIN CORPORATE OF NOVA We wanted to take everything months ahead before the new school year started. We put a deposit and pointed out all the items. To our surprise none of the items were taken care off. Regardless Tony wanted the rent and said the apartment was leased as is and no one promised nothing. Walls were damaged, Electrical problems (Housing violation) - All the lights were off and the electric breaker was not able to be reset (Housing violations). Several appointments to get it fix and he kept sending a handyman not an electrician. Balcony that was part of the lease -door was shut off because he did not wat to fix it. There was ant infestation not taken care off. Trash outside the apartment - He said not his responsibility.(Housing violation) We had numerous unpleasant calls with Tony and Aditi both blaming each other. After 15 day into the lease the apartment finally was painted. Electrical still not working and ants around the bathrooms and kitchen. We were going to do a third walkthrough and to our surprise Tony had changed the apartment code to access the property and demanded rent before we enter and inspect ( another Housing violation). Tony is bad news - PLEASE READ ALL OTHER COMMENTS BEFORE LEASING FROM NOVA AND DEALING WITH TONY We should stare a class action lawsuit against this company.
