I had the pleasure of renting a garden level unit with Mosaic for 12 months. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed. The staff are extremely attentive, intelligent, and, above all else, compassionate, committing themselves to solving any problem that arose with a smile on their face and the determination to see it through. For me, especially as a female-presenting person, feeling safe is of the utmost importance and Mosaic never failed to provide me with a secure, respectful environment. 10/10 recommend! Special shoutout to Fabian who has gone above and beyond for me more times than I can count. I'll miss his positive energy in my new building.

We’ve had a really positive experience renting through Mosaic Property Management. From the beginning, their team has been responsive, organized, and easy to communicate with. Any maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner, and we always felt like our concerns were taken seriously. I really appreciate Mosaic they truly care about your education. On top of being a scholarship recipient for 2026 I also lived with Mosaic in Fall or 2024 to Spring of 2025. I really loved that home and will miss it dearly. I don't remember having any major issues in that home. Thank you Mosaic
