We’ve had a really positive experience renting through Mosaic Property Management. From the beginning, their team has been responsive, organized, and easy to communicate with. Any maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner, and we always felt like our concerns were taken seriously. The move-in process was smooth, and everything was clearly explained, which made a big difference. Throughout our tenancy, they’ve been professional and respectful, while still being approachable. Overall, it’s been a reliable and stress-free renting experience, and we would definitely recommend Mosaic Property Management to other renters looking for a well-managed property.

Be aware of doing business with Mosaic. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a leasing company. They kept about half of our deposit for cleaning and painting and have been unable to give me a reason/specific evidence why. I kept documentation and pictures, and I've followed up for months regarding this issue, yet their office is completely unresponsive in any meaningful way.
