I was having such a hard time finding a place to stay until we literally drove by and asked if we could tour. Dylan met up with us in fifteen minutes and gave us a tour - from the moment we walked in, I knew it was perfect. The amenities are fantastic and look like how they do in the photos, and the management is extremely nice, responsive, and amenable. I also enjoy the distance to the school and how affordable it is! I’d love to renew with them. Just a fantastic living solution overall. I’m a grad student and I think this is the best place I’ve lived at in all my years of secondary academia.

What a wonderful experience! The person who helped me (Jack) was very positive and welcoming, and I had no trouble with quick communication or setting up a tour time. The process was very efficient and I had no trouble finding out information about the location, availability, pricing, and amenities. The place itself is great too for the 5-10 minute walk to USC campus + private room/shared living, and I ended up finding the perfect room for me the same day I visited. It’s hard to find good service in any industry these days but Daria at victory house made things so much easier. Our son lives outside of the USA so we had to coordinate a lot of things remotely. Daria answered every text sent - efficiently and quickly. Honestly she made the whole process so easy. She never made it seem like we were bothering her even though there were a ton of questions.

2831 University offers bedrooms for rent that are furnished and occupied by one occupant or two occupants. Different rates apply.

To assist with a smooth living experience we have established a fee that, among other things, Wi-Fi, all other utilities and upkeep of the community lounges and the study lounge, releasing residents from the hassle and responsibility.
We expect to be 100% occupied each year; thus, leaving little room for transferring units. We try our best to match roommates and most times it works, but there will be some that doesn’t. We encourage all to communicate, be respectful and work towards a common ground. There will not be much room for moving roommates around. In very rare circumstances there may be an opportunity of moving units and that will be determined dependent on availability.
Of course! Each resident will have their own lease with a letter attached to the bedspace. If you have another person that you’d like to share the bedroom with, we can accommodate.
