I recently moved into ECCO-Fountain and I couldn’t be happier — and a huge part of that experience was working with Pheena in the leasing office. From the very start, Pheena was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful in guiding me through the process. She made what can be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. The apartment itself is brand new and has everything I was looking for — in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, modern finishes, and a very secure building. The location is fantastic, and the pricing is honestly hard to beat for what you get. If you’re considering ECCO-Fountain, ask for Pheena. She’s the kind of leasing agent who actually listens to what you need and helps you find the right fit. Five stars all around!

Moving takes a lot of time and energy. After a few years of solo living, just me and the Lord I decided to downsize and give co-living with Ecco Living a try. From start to finish, I have to say that I am pleased. Miley was my point of contact and escort to different showings. She is very communicative, professional, and always did her best to accommodate for my needs and I am happy that I was assigned to her and vice versa. The entire showings/approval/moving process was very fast and smooth and Miley explained everything to me very clearly and never got annoyed when I asked her to repeat anything so I could retain it better and she also answered any questions I had along the way and even after. I can tell she gracefully works so hard round the clock, so 10 stars to her and hopefully a paid vacation! After moving in I submitted a few Maintence tickets, *make sure you do your move in sheet within 7 days*… they will also fix whatever issues you have as soon as they can. Special shout out to Fernando the Maintence Guy! He was very positive and super quick with getting the job done. He has a lot of knowledge about what he does and is great at answering questions you may have for educational purposes an quality assurance. I highly recommend Ecco Living, and if you encounter Miley, Fernando, and all the professionals behind the residential services email who responded to my emails and made sure my near headache situations got taken care of asap. Again moving takes a lot of Time and Energy, yet thanks to Ecco Living and first and foremost thanks to The Good God I feel sooo happy and blessed and sometimes that feeling takes a while to kick in but it’s been throughout the entire process for me. We needed to move my daughter out of an uncomfortable living situation quickly. Alisa was so supportive and helpful!! She helped us through the application process and tour in just a few hours and my daughter moved in to a nice private bedroom/bathroom in about 48 hours. The place is great! Secure/safe, clean and well-appointed. My daughter has already forged a friendship with one of her suite mates! Alisa and Ecco Fountain are terrific!

My roommates and I recently moved here and we really like the location, the staff, and the building. Our biggest help was Alisa, our leasing agent. She made the process of applying so much easier and comfortable. She was incredibly helpful and understanding and she definitely made this whole process worth going through!
