This place has no check-in desk, and you can’t even enter the building without first contacting the property for an access code. I contacted them at around 12:30pm but couldn’t get through until after 5pm - more than three hours after my check-in time. By then, I’d already given up and booked alternative accommodation. To make matters worse, they didn’t send me the code to enter the building until 5:46am the following day, more than 15 hours after the advertised 2pm check-in time! Despite all this, I still haven’t received an apology or any offer of compensation. Terrible.

I booked a bed back in February, paid for the insurance for free cancellations up until the 2 days prior to visit. About a week after booking (1.5 months prior to visit) I sent a cancellation request. Did not hear anything, I called, no answer. Then the day after free cancellations, they respond saying that can’t do refunds and that due to being unable to fill the bed….(?) As a college student on a budget, that was a bit of a financial blow.

I stayed at Artist Housing during the months of November and December. It was great connecting with a diverse group of artists on site—many of them are very talented! Of course, the place isn’t perfect, but it’s hard to find perfection in our world. The manager prepared some lovely Christmas cookies and organized various events on the weekends. A big plus is the Secret Spot, a studio that’s free to use and only a 15-minute walk away. Overall, I have great memories of Artist Housing 🙂

Booked a night. On my way there was trying to call/text them plenty on times …no aswer. You can’t get in building. SCAMMERS.On next day still no answer.

I've had a great experience living here. The rent is affordable, and the location is very convenient, with everything I need close by. The tenants are friendly, and the staff is always helpful and approachable. If you're looking for a place that's easy on the budget and offers a welcoming community, this is a great choice! 💖
