Karla has been an amazing property manager throughout my stay. As an international student, many of the leasing processes were unfamiliar and sometimes complicated, but Karla was always extremely patient, professional, and willing to answer all of my questions and help whenever needed. The apartment itself is also very well maintained and clean. One thing I especially appreciate is the flexible 6-month lease option and the ability to move out flexibly, which is very convenient for students and short-term residents. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live!

As a tenant for 2 years I am very happy with the quality of this apartment. The facilities are quite new, and management team and especially Karla have been very attentive and proactive with making sure everything is in working order. I would recommend people to consider renting here!

I’ve had such a great experience that I wanted to leave a review, especially compared to my previous apartments in Westwood. The apartments themselves are beautiful—modern, clean, and well-maintained, and if there is any issue, they are quick to fix it. What really stood out to me, though, was how smooth and easy the leasing process was, thanks to Karla. This was by far the most straightforward process. Karla was amazing to work with—super kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. I had to change my move-in date, and she accommodated our needs. She made sure I got exactly what I needed and was quick to answer all my questions along the way.

Karla is awesome; she has helped me resolve any issues I have had in the past year, and does so while making you feel at home. Lettie and Jose are amazing as well, great service and always super nice to talk to -- I love saying hi to Lettie in the mornings before work. :) Great if you work or study at UCLA.
