433 is a great place to live. I love that it comes pre-furnished and that they have huge balconies. The staff is super friendly and is is usually super timely with repairs on utilities. I love having parking right in the building because street parking can be super difficult. Although it is a great place and I am renewing my lease for next year, there are a few thing I would change. It is not very budget friendly. The rent is pretty high for the area and you have to pay for utilities (which end up being around $60-70) on top of that you have to pay for laundry which usually costs $20 each laundry day. We are also not allowed to host any parties, even for each other's bdays. We once had some about people 20 over at 10pm for 20 mins and we all got kicked out. This is kind of hard because it is just off UCLA campus and one of its main off-campus housing options. Overall, great place! You should definitely tour it and see what you think.

I have lived at 433 Midvale for the past two years, in a 9 person apartment and overall it has been a great experience. The apartments are nicely furnished, spacious and the maintenance team is very prompt with requests. There have been some issues with the dryers but the management team is also very responsive and handled the issues as soon as they could. The location is great relative to the UCLA campus and to the rest of the off campus student body population. Would definitely recommend for a big group looking for a comfortable spot in Westwood.

Living here was honestly a good experience over all. The convenience in distance from UCLA campus was the best for me as a full time student. One thing I will say is the internet signal would go away randomly at different spots in the apartment which was a bit annoying. Other than that my experience as a resident here was satisfying and I will be returning for another school year here given the satisfaction. The fully furnished aspect was a huge life savor as well as the spacious rooms which include a bathroom each. I’ve never found such apartment complexes with so much included for a reasonable rent price. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good living experience as well as a convenient distance from the UCLA campus.

I have lived at 433 Midvale 202 for the past couple years and overall it has been a good experience. It's at a great location (very close to the UCLA campus) and the apartment itself was rather spacious and already being furnished was very convenient. Maintenance is very prompt to handling any issues that might arise (usually a 1 to 2 day turnaround time). The laundry room on some floors would occasionally have issues which was inconvenient, but since there are multiple floors each with a laundry room there usually wouldn't be too big of a problem there either.

Have lived here for a year and Jerry is the best part about the place (he is very responsive and looks out for his tenants). Rooms are also spacious and it’s nice that they’re furnished with full beds, but the main issues within the apartment are a lack of natural lighting and secure mailing (mail carriers often don’t put mail inside lockers like they’re meant to so packages are left out in the open and get stolen). Overall a decent experience but would not live here for more than a year.
