Miladis is such a wonderful person! And has always been so helpful with any problems on grounds ! Leo and Sam are also indispensable with our bigger issues! Both always have great attitudes! And Debra has been the best manager that we’ve experienced her so far and we’ve been here 15+ years so Chris and Shawna wanna praise all the people mentioned here at the Circle Apartments. We are in building three apartment seven and I love it. We’re still here we’re at the taco party right now and it’s a great turnout.

Big shout out to Miladis Orella for her kindness and generosity! I didn’t know who was able to come mop my floors other than just Clorox and soap and she came and did her thing! Just like NEW! Shoutout to Debra and the office staff as well, they’re great!

Moved my daughter in at the end of July to be closer to school. The Circle has students here which was a plus. The staff is great, especially Stacey, who is like a godmother to my daughter. They were accommodating to our move in, getting us close to her apartment so we didn't have far to walk. The circle has multiple pools, multiple laundry rooms and a great fitness room . The only drawback is the rec room is part of the office and is only open during office hours. But the staff interacts with you while there. Very family like. I recommend this complex if you have a student looking for off campus housing.

A massive shoutout to Debra and the rest of the team at The Circle Apartments! My daughter recently moved out, and they made the transition so easy. Debra is personable, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. From quick communication to a fair and easy move-out process, I couldn't have asked for a better property management experience.

These apartments have been absolute please for my college daughter. They are safe and very well maintained. Any maintenance issues have been fixed immediately. The pools are also very clean. Parking can be a challenge during busy hours when I visit here but I have always found a spot out front. The management team is amazing and so friendly. These are very high quality apartments!
