This review is long overdue. We've been living here since August 2025. Right away we began to deal with some serious medical issues which included some hospitalizations. The staff here has been absolutely PHENOMENAL! I cannot say enough good things about Debra, Brandon, Jake, Shelley (retired sadly) and the maintenance crew. They have gone above and beyond their job description to make the situation we've faced just a little easier. They check in on us periodically and their genuine care and concern has been an immense help. Additionally, our neighbors have been so sincere in their concern for us as well always willing to lend a helping hand. I've not met one unfriendly face yet! Does the complex have issues? Yes, of course, that can be found anywhere. However, those issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.

These apartments have been absolute please for my college daughter. They are safe and very well maintained. Any maintenance issues have been fixed immediately. The pools are also very clean. Parking can be a challenge during busy hours when I visit here but I have always found a spot out front. The management team is amazing and so friendly. These are very high quality apartments!

Big shout out to Miladis Orella for her kindness and generosity! I didn’t know who was able to come mop my floors other than just Clorox and soap and she came and did her thing! Just like NEW! Shoutout to Debra and the office staff as well, they’re great!
