The Circle Apartments at Long Beach, long-beach-cal

Big shout out to Miladis Orella for her kindness and generosity! I didn’t know who was able to come mop my floors other than just Clorox and soap and she came and did her thing! Just like NEW! Shoutout to Debra and the office staff as well, they’re great!

I like that the property had a gated entrance for vehicles and tenants. This adds a higher level of security. The amenities are nice too. Especially with onsite laundry facilities for use and the rec area and gym. All are nice and looks to be well maintained.

A massive shoutout to Debra and the rest of the team at The Circle Apartments! My daughter recently moved out, and they made the transition so easy. Debra is personable, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. From quick communication to a fair and easy move-out process, I couldn't have asked for a better property management experience.

These apartments have been absolute please for my college daughter. They are safe and very well maintained. Any maintenance issues have been fixed immediately. The pools are also very clean. Parking can be a challenge during busy hours when I visit here but I have always found a spot out front. The management team is amazing and so friendly. These are very high quality apartments!

Long over due review! I have been here for almost a year and I have nothing but great things to say about this property. When I first moved in Jake was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to help us get in and I was very grateful for him. Another person who was wonderful was Debra! My husband had nothing but great things to say about her! She also went above and beyond for us and I could not be more appreciative of both Jake and Debra. The community is fantastic, everything is kept clean, everyone is super friendly. Maintenance, is fantastic! I wish I knew the maintenance man’s name to shout him out too. I believe he’s one of the older maintenance here. But every time I’ve seen him around the property, nothing but warm welcomings! Overall, I would recommend this complex to anyone. Specifically because of the employees that continue to make it great!
