I’ve had a fantastic experience with Whittaker Properties. The team is incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about their tenants. From the very beginning, the leasing process was smooth and transparent. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured. What really stood out to me was how quickly they handle maintenance requests and questions—always courteous and helpful. The location is also ideal, especially for students or anyone who wants to be close to campus and downtown Logan. I highly recommend Whittaker Properties to anyone looking for an stress-free renting experience with a company that really puts people first.

I had a great experience here! Any maintenance stuff got taken care of very quickly and Jordyn was very helpful!

They charged me more than what they should've for cleaning and they also lied to me when I first signed. The property manager Jordyn said I could sign for a year and it wasn't until I dropped of my deposit and came to sign the day of move in that I learned I could only sign for the semester. They like to see themselves as good people who help their tenants but they're not. They're a nightmare, at least they were for me. Don't live here, don't pay them, and most importantly don't trust anything they say.

Why post ads for rentals on the Internet if you're not going to answer people back in a timely manner? My husband and I inquired about two properties from Whittaker and only got 2 run around questions asked back to us from the young lady that posted the ads. I'm not the only one seeing this problem either, as others on marketplace have said they end up having to go find other rentals elsewhere. Pretty sad business practice if you ask me. But, I'm just a possible tenant.

My landlord was the best. She was super understanding about everything I have gone through and was happy to work with everything!!
