Saw a brown recluse in my bathroom and had to dispose of it myself. As the other review has said, Patti will not spray for them. I could have been seriously injured. Along with the recluse spider there have also been multiple spiders, giant beetles, and other bugs in my apartment. Patti will set up times to meet with you and will either forget or show up incredibly late. The toilet was clogged and completely flooded my bathroom and there was no number of who to call for maintenance issues. Very rarely answers the phone to deal with issues in the apartments. $610 for rent every 6 weeks. That’s about the price of a studio apartment and for what you’re getting out of these apartments, it’s not worth it. The free rent during the summer is nice, but not if you’re going to die from a spider bite or from not having access to any utilities due to neglect. Go somewhere else.

Patti Walker has taken what would be a nice place to live and completely bungled it through her management. She does not respond in a timely manner to maintenance requests. We had a water heater break down and went THREE days without any hot water. Patti told us to "just go shower at your neighbor's house". She does not keep appointments to show the apartment. She will schedule appointments and then show up hours early. This is also on maybe a 1 or 2 hour notice. She does not take concerns about spiders and insects seriously. Each of my roommates has been bitten by spiders multiple times. We've seen what we think are brown recluse spiders, but she won't spray for them. Most recently Patti cut off internet access to the entire building with absolutely no advance notice. I would not recommend anyone live at a place managed by Patti Walker or Walker Apartments unless it is your absolute last resort. She has made living here a nightmare.

The apartments themselves are not too bad. Having two refrigerators was very nice for 6 roommates. The larger private rooms were spacious and it was nice to have a private bathroom. However that is about all the good I could give this place. Management is a total nightmare! Bugs and pests are a major issue here. We have made several attempts for management to address this to no avail. Management paid for internet until one day they didn’t without notice at the end of a semester of school. Rent is $610 per 6 weeks. Management will drop by with short or no notice to show rooms. Snow removal wasn’t great in the winter, landscaping wasn’t great in the summer, either. When I moved in there was trash on the floor and the bathroom was super dirty. It is nearly impossible to get management to take care of any maintenance issues. I strongly do not recommend this place under current management. 0/5 stars if possible.

Logan’s hidden gem! Moved here last minute half way through the semester after a negative situation in another apartment. I was welcomed with open arms and moved in that night! Amazing kitchen in basement apartments and I love having my own bathroom and bedroom. Craig is always willing to come fix something and quick to reply. I love the location right by campus and a bus stop. Just far enough away to get a break from the crazy campus. Couldn’t have asked for a better apartment. Staying here until I graduate or get married. Love love love Glenwood ❤️
