Larry and Andrea are both very nice people who are on the ball when it comes to running their properties. They definitely care a lot about the cleanliness and care of these apartments, and I think this care is sometimes misunderstood as being too harsh or critical. You can't mess around when it comes to cleaning checks or move-out cleaning, but you can rest assured that if you have unclean roommates, they will be held accountable. I really have nothing ill to say, other than sometimes it was stressful to get everything cleaned to their standard. Also, I did not get my full security deposit back, which, for some of it I understand, but definitely something to keep in mind. Other than that, Edgewood is a really really nice place with lots of space, covered parking, and a good price. Larry and Andrea were very helpful and kind when I sold my lease and left, and I really only left due to an opportunity to live somewhere a bit cheaper with friends of mine.

I posted a review here before but somehow it got deleted. The management here is terrible, and they try to take your money for absolutely everything. I had a bad experience trying to get my washer fixed, in which the property manager was rude and unprofessional. I received very unkind emails from him, and when I posted my first bad review, I got another one as well. Go live somewhere else if you can because they are taking advantage of college students here. ***edit since the owners response**** The reply from the owner just shows how tone deaf they are to the financial needs of their tenants. $680 and is a lot of money for a broke college student, especially during a global pandemic. But if it does seem like such a little amount to them, then I will gladly take a reimbursement. I tried to reach out to the owners multiple times, but the property manager say they were to busy, and he handled everything. The reason I said they take advantage of college students is because the property manager wanted to charge us for his time while completing the repair. Unless I am mistaken, the property manager should be paid for their time by their employers, not by the tenants who need repairs.

I got charged $68 for "a stain in the back of the hallway" which wasn't even in my room. I probably would've given this apartment a higher rating, but they will nickel and time you for everything on the deposit. Which is pretty sad considering broke college students are living there. The apartments are just fine for college students, not super nice but not too bad. This is my second time living at a place under this management, and this is the second time they took tons of money from my deposit. It doesn't matter how clean you leave the apartment they will charge you as much as possible. They will charge you for issues with the room that we're there before you moved in. I must charge each tenet for the same issue without bothering to fix it. I left the room spotless (probably in better shape than when I moved it) but still got charged way too much. Would've given a better review if they were fair with returning the deposit.

If you are thinking about living at any of the crest wood apartments. PLEASE RECONSIDER. I lived at Brentwood for a year and It was a nightmare. The Parking situation is terrible. Their stalls are 2 deep and you are constantly blocked in by roommates. What's worse is that if you decide one day to park in your roommates stall to avoiding being blocked in, you'll be booted. Apartments are terribly furnished. Old couches, no tv provided but keep in mind that they will be charging you for cable each month. Management is rude and lazy. We'd go for weeks at a time with no wifi. Multiple calls to Larry and he would say he's "working on it". Very slow to help you out but very quick to charge you late fees. Extremely overpriced!! After gas and utilities you will pay well over $400 dollars a month. They will not return your deposit. We left our apartment much better than we found it and 0/4 of us received a single penny back. The reason management claims is that they had to pay for "cleaning". It's all a big scam to keep your deposit. Lastly avoid the lady manager at all cost. She is always in a bad mood and has no people skills. The only reason crestwood apartments are still in business is because of the demand for student housing in Logan. In any other situation this place would be shutdown years ago.

I lived in the Edgewood apartments for the spring semester and summer. It was convenient to be close to campus, however, it was extremely over priced and the management was terrible. For what you pay in rent, as well as the multiple security deposits, you could be living in a much nicer apartment with more amenities and better customer service. The apartments are dated and in need of remodeling. The appliances are old and don't function well. The walls and floors are paper thin and you can hear everything that goes on in the rooms next to you and the apartments above or below you. The management is the real kicker though. You won't get any of your security deposit back, as they pick apart your cleaning upon moving out and tell you that it will all need to be professionally cleaned. The professional cleaners will never show up after you move out though. At Edgewood, the parking is underneath the apartment, and there are exactly enough spaces for the number of tenants in the building. The manager often parks his vehicles there though, leaving some people without a parking spot. The management will show up unannounced to show the apartments, and even attempt to enter rooms if they believe nobody is home. The bottom line is, Crestwoods apartments are a scam to students and are just there to get your money.
