Alpine Flats (NOW UNIVERSITY LANDING), logan-ut

I have lived in a shared, unrenovated room at University Landing for the past 3 months. I am satisfied with my experience living here. The apartment came well furnished and clean. I have not had any issues with the provided appliances. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard and counter space. I have not had any issues with the apartment's managers. The apartment is only a short walk away to the Utah State University campus. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom is small and cramped. If you are a college student searching for an affordable apartment, University Landing is a great option.

University landing apartments are pretty good. The apartments are modest, but fulfill my needs as a student. The amenities are also quite nice including a full kitchen, furnishings, and a roku tv. The apartments are a little old, but still in pretty good condition, and I think they are systematically renovating them. Anytime I've had to contact maintenance, they have been prompt and efficient in responding to the apartment's needs. Overall, it's a fine place to live as a student.

The new renovations have been awesome! The rooms are great and the new A/C has been life changing — would definitely recommend this place especially for the price and proximity to campus!

I have lived here for a few months and I absolutely love it! Everyone is very kind and respectful. Maintenance if needed is very helpful and quick to respond. The location is better for walking to classes than some of the on campus housing! You can reasonably walk anywhere on the USU campus from University Landing! All of the laundry machines work and there are plenty of them. The clubhouse is a great place to spend time and make friends!

I have been living here this past year for school and I have had a great experience! The renovation that was done completely changed this place and made it a very nice space to live in! Every time we have a problem or issue come up, the management and maintenance team is very quick to come fix it completely! Before moving in, the team was very quick to help me during the application process and very quick to answer all my questions while signing the lease! The location is so close to campus, so it is very convenient. There have been no kinks or issues in my experience which is very nice especially with being a place that is under brand new management. This just goes to show how hard they have worked to make it a great place to live! Overall I have loved my experience and would recommend living here to anyone looking for a place!
