Afton Apartments, logan-ut

The Afton apartments are not a good place to live. When Thayne was working there is the manager he was a decent person however he quit and moved out and the owner Jacob call is verbally abusive very unprofessional and it doesn't keep his word or honor his agreements. I really wouldn't describe Jacob calls anything but an abusive landlord. Jacob call is verbally and emotionally. You not want to live in The Afton apartments and deal with Jacob Call. Jacob calls nothing but a narcissistic insult you and be very mean. Jacob Call very unprofessional. Jacob call is a pathological liar it does not follow through with the things he says he will just flat out and make things up say you said things you didn't say and he'll say that what he said was the opposite of what he actually said. If you ever talk to Jacob call do it through text message and through email because he will lie and make things up you need to have everything he says in writing from text message or from his emails because he will lie and lie and lie

Jacob Call is probably the most verbally abusive narcissistic and disrespectful landlord that I ever encountered. Jacob Call is just a flat out bully.

Great place to live! The manager Jake really makes these apartments. He is fair and super nice to work with. Gave my wife a contract for 2 1/2 months so we could get married and not have to pay for 2 apartments at once. Great place, close to campus, well maintained, private rooms. Best place I have lived in Logan by far!!

I lived here for almost 4 years while I was going to school at USU and I didn't want to leave! All the apartments have their own private bedroom and bathroom, along with a big common area! I was able to fit a queen size bed in my room and had room to spare! The closets are big as well so I never had to worry about storage. Jake, the landlord, is kind and very responsive to tenants needs. He was able to take care of any issue I had within a couple days, and the more urgent cases, within a couple hours. He is very fair and takes rent in either semester chunks or monthly. Most of the tenants that live there are students at USU but that's not always the case. Afton Apartments is about a 10 minute walk to the TSC on campus, and a 5 minute walk to one of the bus routes to campus. It was a great place to live while going to college, I would recommend living there!

I’ve lived many places and have had some absolutely awful experiences and this was definitely not one of them! Easily my favorite place to live. Loved the room layouts, loved the landlord, great price and great people. Logan’s best kept secret for apartments.
