We have been on several tours in our efforts to find a good fit for my son for college. A major factor in our deciding is residential accommodations. Gilbert was one of the best freshman dorm options we've seen in over 8 schools. The room was spacious, the building is only 7 years old, there was a little kitchen area in the room, bathroom for every room, eatery downstairs, nice size laundry room, and a number of places to study outside of the room. In addition, it was located in a short distance from the building where most freshman classes are conducted. Very impressive...

My son just moved in. It's so clean and the staff are very helpful and very kind and patient. I totally enjoyed my trip there to Gilbert Hall. I know my son is just going to love staying at Gilbert Hall considering he's far from home now. It truly felt like his' new home'. Very comfortable and again super clean. Go Tigers!
