Stadium Walk Apartments, lincoln-ne

Ok I’m gonna post a new review cause the old one’s outdated. This place is a nice place and has a lot of potential and I like the cheap rent but it could be maintained a little better. The bathroom when we moved had rotten wood at the bottom of the sink and the floor was coming loose. It also was stained from previous renters. The dishwasher has never really worked like it should and the water heater needed to be replaced. That said the office people are really nice and maintenance is good about fixing things.

Location is great and close to a majority of everything within downtown Lincoln, with such a prominent School driven Community, I’ve made a good amount of friends here and will continue to do so, 10/10 amenities and community supplies that are just getting better so even more reason to stay.

Horrible, place supposed to be clean before I move in. I came here at 2pm to move in and now it's 7pm and still bathroom is dirty and seems like somebody just cleaned the room a little bit.

E & F roach and rat filed due to field behind buildings. They set Mouse traps but that doesn’t solve anything! Moldy washing machines never cleaned.

I’ve had such a great experience living at stadium walk! The property is beautiful and well maintained and the location truly can’t be beat. Steps away from campus and downtown, with everything you need nearby. Staff is always friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a place in Lincoln that’s convenient, comfortable, and community oriented I highly recommend stadium walk!
